I am Caliber Damien.
God said I only have 20 chances to find my true love.
And I wished I never wasted them because I died for the 15th time already.
Within 5 months, I wasted most of them consuming human pleasures.
Drugs.
Alcohol.
Sex.
Crimes.
I felt immense heaven but I never found what I'm looking for.
Love.
When we fail to find our Love on our last chance... We'll face everlasting death in hell.
I am about to accept that faith...
Until I found Raine... She's the person who makes everybody smile.
I'm living as her lover, Saccharide Heinz. The son of a War Lord... Demise Heinz.
And I am one of those everybody.
I'll do anything to protect that smile...

Smiling to myself, I can't help but to admire the sight of my elegant handwriting, I put my pen down and opened the curtains covering the door entrance to my balcony so the sun could though them and wake my sleepy soul.
While stretching my limbs in front of the glass barrier, I saw my reflection and frowned.
"Fuck you..." I said and pointed my finger at the glass.

Paris, France: Carpeaux Mental Institution
Yesterday Night (7:00 P.M.)
Patiently, I waited for the doctor while sitting on the couch. Feeling the urge to walked around the room so I just did just that and stood up from the couch to have a little walk around the room, trying to remember what really happened that night when I fell unconscious.
"The smell. It's faint but I could still smell it..." I said to myself and tried to track the smell.
My eyes caught the door to the restroom. Within these weeks that I have visited this Mental Institution, I have never been able to use it. I didn't have the urge to secrete something out of me but my hands couldn't bear their curiosity.
"Sorry I'm late, dear"
Hearing Doctor Porscha's voice, I still turned the knob and pushed it open.
There is nothing.
Just a normal bathroom.
"Go ahead, dear. Use it..." she smiled at me before putting her bag down on her desk.
"No. I was just— you know the smell," I explained and closed the door with a click.
My eyebrows brought themselves together when I saw her wearing her mask again and her oversized coat. Her blonde hair was tied in a perfect symmetrical bun with a pin to hold up her side bangs.
So she's sticking to this style, huh?
She opened the bathroom door and immediately, closed it before waving her hand in front of her face, "Oh! I'm sorry about that. They did not do the cleaning so well."
"Why are you wearing a surgical mask?" I asked and then she laughed before holding my shoulders to guide me inside the observation room without making me fill the papers first.
She whispered after making me sit on the recliner, "It's a little embarrassing but I told you about the Botox, right?"
I nodded.
"The clinic that I go to has run out of it," she explained and giggled just a little bit,"...so basically I'm just a wrinkled raisin until I get it"
I chuckled and let her get the videos from the back of the room. When she came back, she turned off the light and turned on the projector. I shifted a little in my seat and heard the clinking of the metal part of the leather straps. My eyes looked over to the doctor behind and while she wasn't looking, I strapped myself to the seat.
"I had to pick up Racquel from school, she's drunk and I had to get her home to her father," she narrated while I just sit there.
"She doesn't drink so I'm perplexed" a frown formed on her forehead as she spoke, "But her adviser already explained the situation. Dreadful how three horrible crimes could happen in one day."
My fist turned into a tight ball as I tried to find the perfect timing to ask my question. My heart pumped the more seconds pass but when I saw the bruise on her neck barely covered by her collars, I pushed myself to ask.
"Ma'am Porscha," I called,"— why did you leave me the other day?"
She looked down before adjusting her seat to bring it closer to mine then she said, "I'm sorry I completely forgot about that... I didn't think you'd snap but—"
Snap...?
"I guess the medicine isn't right for you" she continued after pausing for a few seconds.
Turning to the other side, I questioned, "What happened...?"
She held my left hand and rubbed it gently under her smooth thumb which made me look back at her once more, "I'll tell you but please... Don't ever lose hope with my cure, alright?" she asked.
"Let's see, Doctor Porscha" I cracked a grin.
She started and leaned closer to me, "You don't know about this"
The next thing she said fucked my whole life.
The life I wanted with Raine will be more than ten thousand miles away.
"—you're showing signs of Dissociative Identity Disorder..."
What the fuck...?
"Saccharide you have a split personality disorder..."
The actual fuck...

My ears perk up when I heard whimpering behind me. Turning around, I saw my beloved girl curling up in a ball with the blanket perfectly covered her sexy form.
"I'm sorry..." she muttered.
I can't tell her about my condition...
Not yet...
Softly I ran my slim fingers through her hair, she flinched but her tension immediately released when I shushed her with butterfly kisses on her exposed shoulders.
I smiled and leaned closer to her ear, "Raine. Please I know that the garden is a very big deal for you but it's not your fault," I whispered, "Shush... please don't cry..."
She got back to sleeping peacefully after that so I smiled and hugged her warm figure. My eyes traveled from her peaceful face to the clock on the nightstand.
6:00 A.M.
"There are no classes..." I said to myself and fixed the blanket to cover her cold shoulders.
While doing so, I spotted a small part of her scar on her spine so I looked over on her snoozing face again before carefully pulling up the back part of her oversized shirt, only to witness again the series of scars, I'll never get used to seeing.
I covered my face and ran my hands over her silky scarred skin. I can't help but clench my teeth as I examined the scars that I gave her.
"I'll do it please just don't leave me" she whimpered again.
With a snap, I quickly removed my hand from her skin and pulled down her shirt before covering her again with the fur blanket which was thrown out of the bed because she sat up and pushed me down the bed.
I blushed because she looked so hot when she tried to be the dominant one. "Uh, Raine?" I asked her.
"Please... Make love with me," she begged.
I choked when she took off her shirt and her brassier then, tried to kiss me on the lips but I held her shoulders as I sat up and dressed her in her shirt again.
My face reddened to the likes of a strawberry when her dark brassier dangled from my shoulders because I have no knowledge of putting on it on her. And I certainly don't want to touch her breast by any means.
She cried but her eyes were tightly shut, "Don't leave me... I'll do anything for you"
'She's probably dreaming of me leaving her because we did not engage in any sexual activities' I thought and pinched her cheeks before wiping her tears using my thumb. After a few more minutes of calming her down, she slept soundly again.
I sighed, "Not now, gorgeous..."— then kissed her forehead before licking her cheeks.
Salty...
Damn! this girl is different when she dreams... She executes...
I sat up and took my phone from the nightstand to check my inbox. My eyes were intrigued when I saw one missed call from Racquel and 2 messages from my blonde headed friend. Rolling my eyes, I expected that the texts will be her drunk rant.
Hey Saccharide! We have no classes today. The rehearsals and the play will be moved next week! (ノ≧∇≦)ノ ミ ┻━┻
- Racquel
Maybe this will be a great opportunity to go on a date with Raine to take her mind off the incidents yesterday. Just go and I'll keep Klavier distracted(˘・_・˘)
- Racquel
Her texts brought a smile to my face and made me think about my original plan for our date but I want to do something more special.
Something that she'll never forget.
"No... I'll make her forget instead," I muttered as I put on my coat and my pants before exiting my condominium.
Kissing Raine's cheek one last time before I go just to make sure that she's asleep and my surprise will remain as a surprise. I locked my door and no one can enter.
"Do your job and don't let anyone in," I commanded the guards on the floor as I handed them individual checks. I did not bother to write the amount because they could write the amount they desired to get from my account, I couldn't care less.
"What about your Father, sir?" one of them asked before I went in the elevator.
"The word 'anyone' applies to any human beings" I answered, making direct eye contact with all five of them.
Taking out my phone, I dialed Racquel's number. My phone beeped seconds later and she answered, "Bonjour!"
Her cheerful voice bubbles on the phone, I cleared my throat and speaking, "I need your help on something..."

"How are we supposed to know the suspect with that kind of answer?"
The Broshe Brothers both closed their eyes when the flying spits of the superior investigator came attacking their listening faces. Edward turned to wipe his face while Easton just sat there and kept his goofy smile while his superior rants about the answers he got from the two teens last night.
Easton chuckled and explained, "Their answers were actually helpful"
"Easton!" The inspector screamed at the grinning male, "Has the alcohol poisoned your brain already?!
Edward just watched and took the time of those two arguing by reading the narration his brother wrote down in his notebook. He covered his nose when he smelled the stench igniting from the pages of the notebook as he flips it opens.
"Klavier Baernaise's response," he read.
