My smile disappeared when I look at the person who walks into the office suddenly.
"Sol Hazel". I whisper the names under my breath. 'Sol Scarlett younger sister. The vice president of 'The Sun' company. I can't help but covers half of my face as I feel my cheeks become hot.
'What is this!!?? How come this girl looks so pretty!!!!!? Did she hear what I said just now!!!!???' My heart beats loudly as I stare at her face.
"Am I interrupting something?" The girl spoke as she looks at the president.
I was stunned when I hear her voice. I feel the hotness in my cheek as I look at her beautiful yet cold face, Her plump cherry-colored lips, her long light brown hair that reached her back, some part of her hair covered half or her face as she lowered her face.
When I see she push her hair to the back of her ear, I feel my heart thump loudly. I quickly switch to look at the president's cold face to calm my heart that beats crazily. Luckily, her temperament is not in my taste.
"Of course not, this person is about to leave after all!" The president's smile didn't reach her eyes as she looks at me. Her voice is cold but not as cold as her sister's.
"Wa..wait!!!! I have other things to show you!!! I was just joking before!!! " I panicked as I don't want my first crush to think that I'm a slut!!
"If I remember, you are the famous slut that trying to seduce the president, right?" My body stiffens as Hazel looks at me up and down before staring at me in the eyes with an expressionless face.
"Tha... That!!!" I bite my lip as I don't know how to retort.' Goodbye, my first crush... It was good while it last' I sob in my heart as I tasted the sour feeling of losing my first love right after I met her. I don't show it on my face though. My experience has shown me not to show my real emotion that easily.
I don't want to dwell in this feeling too long so, I quickly take a deep breath to calm all nerves in my body before looking at her face with a calm smile. " I see, so you've heard of me".
"I'm not fond of the word slut though". I push my hair bangs to the top of my head as I chuckle. " I prefer you to call me with a more professional-sounding name ". I walk closer to her slowly, close enough until she is standing right in front of me with her face facing my neck.
Hazel didn't take any steps back but standing still in front of me. She looks up and stares at me with cold eyes.
" How about a prostitute? " Her voice is really cold but a small smile appears for a second before it disappeared.
With a smile, I bent down until my lips are close to her left ear. "That's better~ I got paid after all..." I whisper in her ear as I look at her side face. Her ear twitches a few time when my breathing hit her ear.
" Serena, should you be doing this in my office!? Leave or I'll make you leave!!" Suddenly, the president's angry voice rang. I rolled my eyes before standing straight again. I look at Hazel's cold face for the last time before turning my body to face the president.
I am holding a black backpack from the moment I took a step from my house to the company. I quickly bring my bag that I hung behind me to the front and take out a few files and reports that I've prepared.
"Here president!!!" I calmly walk towards her desk and put all the reports in front of her.
".... What is this?" The president frowns as she picks up the nearest and thinness file in front of her.
"Well...", I scratch my head as I took a small peek at Sol Hazel's face before focusing on the president. "— please think of this as me apologies for my weird antics before..." I let out a small sigh as I finished telling her my reason.
The president raises one of her brows before opening the files. I watch as her eyes moving from left to right when she reads my reports. Her body pauses a little before reaching for the other file, a little thicker than the first one. After a few minutes, she looks up and stares at me in the eyes.
"This is..." She points at all the files on her desk while looking at me with a furrowed brows.
"Some information that I've collected for the past week—". I was about to explain more but remember that Hazel is still here. President seems to understand my thoughts. She closes all the file on her desk and put it in one stack at the corner of her work desk.
"Hazel, what is it that you want to talk about?" The President supports her face with her arm as she smiles at Hazel.
Hazel looks at me, then she looks at the President. "Nothing, it's not that important. We can talk later..." After that, she turns around and walks out of the office without looking back.
My eyes lingering at her long disappeared back for a few seconds until I hear a cough. I return my focus to the frowning president.
"Do you know why the relationship with my sister is bad...? " the President sigh as she pinches her nose.
I pursed my lips and nods while taking a file and put it in front of the president for her to read it before speaking. "At first, she is the most suitable candidate to become the president as you are not interested in working inside the company, but after you suddenly decided to join, she was put in an awkward situation". I look at the president again and smile.
" Is the rumor I heard true?" I let out a wide grin as I cross my arm and tilted my head.
"You are really good at collecting information..." State the president with a small smile.
"One of my hidden talents..." I return her smile.
"With your many hidden talents, I'm sure many companies want you to work for them". The president raises her face and looks at me again as she leans on her chair. "Why choose to seduce me to get easy money?"
"..." I stare at the president before closing my eyes and sigh. 'I wonder...' I thought in my head before opening my eyes and smile at the president. If it's the original owner that doesn't have the talents like me, her answer is of course to get the easy money. But, for me, that has this kind of ability, what should I say...
" I guess... I just want to have fun..." I hold my chin as I thought of my reason if I put myself in the original owner's shoes when I was offered this seducing job. " It's been so long since I get to feel this kind of excitement". I smile when I saw the president's astonished face.
"You are crazy..." The president muttered slowly.
" Call me crazy if you want... ", I push my bangs again while looking at her face. "Because that's just the kind of person I am..." I paused a little while looking at the window behind the president before continuing. " But, don't worry... I will only do it when I believe innocent people are not receiving any harm!!"
'I've done it once, I won't do it again... ' But, I won't tell her this though.
"Seriously....." The President let out a sigh again. " I know a person that thinks like you— Not as great as me!!" I cut her off with a big grin. The President glares at me, but I stick out my tongue and wink at her.
"Anyway... That person is not as great as you... ", she sighs when she sees my proud face. " — but at least I got the gist of a person like you thinking process.
"Ohh... What is it??" I lean closer toward her as I bend over her desk with my elbow to support my body.
"A person like you only works when there is something that piqued your interest". She looks at me in the eye and continues." In other words, I can't put too much hope in you unless I have things that can tie you to this company". Her smile becomes wider, but It doesn't look pretty at all.
Right now, I am a walking benefit and a bomb at the same time in her eyes. I can give her a lot of benefits, but I can also become the cause of her downfall.
"Fuu...." I chuckle as I stand up straight and fix my suit. " Good thing you have a good vision!" I look at the president with newfound respect. " I can assure you that I can work under you for the longest time if you can provide me with interesting tasks when it comes to counterattack your enemies but, that's not all!!"
"Someone in your company has also attracted my attention that can also be the strongest thing that ties me to your company!" I give the president my widest smile as I remember her sister in this company. My first crush!
