Its been 3 days since my encounter with Killian, I was left frustrated and angry.. I mean who could blame me..The dude had the nerve to riddle me up and leave me hot and panting like a dog...
I was currently roaming around Killian's massive home...I was bored and I needed something to keep me busy..Sam was busy with some female beta shit and Killain was avoiding me like a plegue..I must admit that I kinda hope that things would change after what almost happened in his office the other day, but boy was I wrong.
He never showed up that night and the next morning either. I had to swallow my pride and ask Mike about his whereabouts. Killian had the nerve to leave without informing me...I'm not being clingy or possessive but I'm his mate and I kinda deserve to know about his whereabouts and not stress like a chicken who just saw its egg being cracked for breakfast...
According to Mike, Killian had to attend an alpha meeting in Germany..He left after we almost...ughh just stop thinking about him...he's a jerk...
I shook my head to rid me of thinking about Killian...I then stumbled in a room I've never been before...I've always been a curious cat, and so far, it hasn't killed me...I tried to open the mysterious door but to my luck it was locked..I tried breaking it but it wouldn't budge..I was starting to lose hope when I rembered I had a bobby pin in my hair, for these types of situations....not that I always break into people's mysterious doors or something...I beemed when I heard the door click, I quickly pushed it open and slid in...
The room was dark, so I took out my phone and switched on my flash light..I didn't even bother looking for the switch and just continued with my exploring..This room was huge..Although my vision was not accurate because I didn't turn the lights on, I could make out that it looked like it belonged to someone..It was dusty but yet tidy. It had a huge bed with blue covers, side lamps and a dressing table across it. I moved towards the windows hoping to get some sunlight in her but wàs distracted by a huge frame on the wall..I slowly moved towards it..It was a painting, there was a woman there...A very beautiful woman...She had long blonde hair that flowed to her sholders..Her eyes...they seemed familiar...they were a beautiful blue-grey...I couldn't look away...I had to blink a few times just to get out of their spell...I averted her gaze and fixed my eyes anywhere but her eyes..Her lips held a lovely smile that warmed my heart..she looked enchanting. I felt like I needed to know her...to see her... On her left was a young boy with raven black hair, he had his mother's beautiful eyes...He looked so happy clinging to her waist..He also seemed familiar...I knew him from somewhere...This couldn't...Killain..well young Killian...My heart swelled with joy as I recognized the young boy..aww little Killy looks so adorable...I smiled and averted my eyes across the room..this must've been his room then...
I moved away from the painting and ventured to other part of the room that needed to be explored...I kinda felt like Dora the explorer just missing the short hair cut and bangs...ohh and her monkey..Boots....I was cut of my Dora thoughts when I heard footsteps just outside the door. I heard the door being unlocked...I literally froze and I could've swore that my heart stopped for a sec...I began to panic...I switched off my flash light and quickly dashed under the bed...Shit...shit...shit...I so screwed...I heard the footsteps getting closer to the bed and stopped at the foot of it, just a few inches away from my head.. just great...
I slowly lifted my head only to see a pair of black boots...My body started doing that thing again...I started to feel hot and tingly...My heart was beating fast and sweat was forming on my forehead...Only one person could make me feel like this...Out of all the people in this house why did it have to be him...He could've just walked pass you know...And wasn't he suppose to come back tomorrow?....
"Come out now little human, I'm getting tired of pretending that I don't know you're here"...He said in a husky bored tone...I couldn't bring myself to come out because not only was I embarrassed to be seen in this position but was also unable to pull myself out because of my right leg that was awkwardly stuck under the bed...
I could tell by his foot tapping that he was getting annoyed with me so I said the only thing I thought would sound clever...
"Yeah..uh..no..I kinda like it down here...If you don't mind..I'll just stay here for a few minute"....
He groaned..In a flash the bed was lifted of and an arm roughly pulled me out making me scream from the pain as my right ankle twisted from the impact...He stared at me for a second thinking I was some crazy fool who didn't want to leave her special place until he saw my ankle twisted in a weird way...The pain was unbearable that I slowly started losing consciousness...Before I could faint, I saw the look of horror in his eyes...He started shouting out something to me but I couldn't hear...My head was buzzing and ankle felt like it was being crushed by a train....
I let go of his shoulders when strong his hands left my arms and wrapped my waist protectively...I lifted my eyes to catch a glimpse of his beautiful face...He was panicking, he looked sad and angry at the same time..He carefully lifted me up bridal style and mumbled a few words I couldn't catch.I blinked a few times then I was met with pure darkness.....
