When she got off the game, she had only 62,339 viewers altogether. It may seem like a lot of people, but the biggest Streamers can get over 9 million on a bad day. The population was easily over 700 billion, spread out between 26 planets of various sizes, there haven't been any signs of other intelligent race. In the story, there was still no sign, a bit disappointing.
The planets were simply called Planet A, Planet B, etc. She was on Planet A, which was a Earth-like planet that was four times the size of her old Earth. She thought it was cool, but didn't read much more on it. She would rather enjoy her free time for a bit more.
Before she could snack on something unfortunately healthy, there was a knock on the door. Running to the door, she opened it with a polite grin. "Hey-" she stopped, in front of her was a familiar handsome man.
"Hello, Fiona," he walked in, his new assistant which if Fiona remembered correctly was a Omega, tried to follow him, but she shut the door on his face. The older man said nothing about it as he sat down on a chair, loosening his tie. "Have you tried the game? What do you think of it?"
"I was given the title of Heartless Monster," she told him, still grinning. She was happy with the title, it made the game harder, she didn't get any good gear and the zombies were higher levels. The title made it faster to level up as she was a new NEET, she hated games that didn't have more action and slow progress.
She used to work at hotel as a housekeeper, she worked even if she was dead tired and had a soreness that never left. She took all hours and shifts she could, saved up money and tried to keep up with the bills. It felt like she was always on the go since she turned eighteen.
Days Ago was a game for her, who loved zombies, actions and absolutely no plot currently. She was still in the beginning and there wasn't much to do besides get used to the controls.
The man, her father, looked at her surprised, "you are the first one to get a title? How on the Planet did you get it so fast?"
She coughed lightly, before telling him what happened. He asked another question and Fiona answered him nonchalantly. Peter Jackson didn't know why his daughter was being open today, but he took this chance to learn everything he could. Eventually he learned about her trips and all of her favorite places, noting it down for future reference.
Fiona felt her mouth get dry the more she talked, so she tried to get the man to talk more. Instead she got short answer and more questions. She threw a question at him and Peter threw two back that requires more information.
Fiona was quickly running out of memories from the original and any answers to give him. When he left, satisfied and happy that his daughter wasn't acting up, Fiona was chugging water, feeling exhausted. Peter's attitude wasn't anything she hadn't dealt with before. Her relatives from Alaska always liked to ask questions about her job, her family and anything in between. Actually any Native relatives were like that, it was nothing too bad.
It just gets tiring when they keep doing it for so long. If they wanted to bond, sitting in front of a TV and eating is perfect for that.

The next day, she got invited to eat lunch and Fiona agreed. Even if it felt awkward, she knew what it was like to bond with a parent when you have no need for one. This phase will pass and they will learn their places in their lives. It could be like her bio father in her last life when they were better not being in touch.
She put on slightly fancy black pants and a nice white shirt. She thought it was good enough until she was dropped off at the entrance. The people who were walking in, looked like they were going to a ball or something. She ignored them and walked in the restaurant, only nodding at the waiter that was sitting at the booth.
The place looked very nice, not how she pictured it, she thought it would be more futuristic and slick. Instead it looked a fancy restaurant from movies. She didn't know that this was a 'ancient' themed restaurant. She found her new father, sitting on the balcony that was inside.
She looked like his clone, she thought, now that she had a better view and wasn't nervous or tired. Her nose wrinkled, feeling a bit overwhelmed with all the new smells. Some were natural, others were not. The food mixed in, didn't help in anyway, they made it worse when people had on perfume.
She walked up the stairs, her heels hadn't caught onto anything yet, so she took it as a good sign. "Hello, father, how was your day?" She asked when she sat down, looking at the people walking in and out.
Peter across from her, frowned before being satisfied that she didn't run the moment he gave back access to their accounts and money. He did lock her up in a apartment and lied to her, just to get her back here. "There was a meeting at nine, the board members are wondering if I was going to start training someone for the future."
Fiona hummed as she drank her iced water, taking one of the ice cubes into her mouth. Peter seeing this, continued on, "I told them that I was going, but I will start in four years, five at most."
Crunch.
"I am still young, but I also think that life doesn't care if you are."
Slow crunch.
"I am sending you to Planet F, the colleges are known for their business courses and I know you have no talent for coding or have plans to get better. I allowed you two years of traveling and I am not planning to live past my 150 year, I am already 67 and I need to make sure you don't ruin mine or your mother's hard work."
"...fuck," Fiona cursed through the chunks of ice in her mouth. She should have ran when she got the cards back. Peter looked at her unimpressed.
