When Otis reached the shore, he saw Mike talking to Nicholas and Max. There were also several Rangers spread across the beach while relaxing on the sand dunes as if they came here for a vacation.
"Why are you all here? Also, why did you come to this place with so many Rangers? Don't you know we are trying to not attract as many people as possible?
