After a short walk I arrived back at the village to see it bustling with life. People are standing in the street talking while merchants are shouting at passerby's to come look at their wares. I see a group of hunters bartering with a merchant about the price for the skins and meat. I walk up to them as their ending the deal, and ask "May I ask you a question?"
She turns around with an look of annoyance quickly replaced by respect and admiration. "Of course player how may I help you?"
"I have some spendable attribute points and was looking for some advice on what to put them in?"
"Of course player, since you are primarily a magic user you should invest in intelligence but also remember to add points to other stats as well."
I thank her and walk away deciding to put two of my three points into intelligence and one into strength. I feel a boost in comprehension and a little boost in strength as well. I return to my cave and begin meditating.
Two days later...
After meditating for a straight two days I'm only twenty-five percent away from Human-Mage Rank 3. I decide to explore since I haven't really gone far away from the main village area. After walking for about three hours I decide to take a break. As I'm resting I see a portal in the middle of a burnt out circle spanning out at least 40 feet in diameter. As I get near it I see a system prompt pop up "Congratulations player you are the first one on the planet to encounter a dungeon. Would you like to enter dungeon? Some dungeons may be deadly but the rewards if completed will definitely be worth the risk."
After debating for some time I decide to enter the dungeon. There was some doubt lingering in the back of my mind but the chance of getting some nice rewards are to good too give up. I click "Yes" on the system prompt and am immediate transported into a room with intricate drawings of mighty dragons flying throughout the sky. In the center of the room is a pedestal with a outline of an handprint, not knowing of what else to do I put my hand on the pedestal and upon contact I feel a sharp pain in my hand.
I immediately pull it back to see it dripping with blood. The pedestal start glowing and a booming voice resonates through the room.
"Long ago we dragons ruled the heavens and planets however humans and other races jealous of our power started a genocide to rid the universe of the dragon clan. However only I and other young dragons escaped their wrath however I feel them approaching us. So now in the last moments before the last of the dragons are wiped out I plant this inheritance for whoever passes these test shall be given the blood of an mighty dragon king. I hope that someday someone shall inherit this legacy and return the dragon clan to its former glory."
After the old dragon finishes his speech the room returns to an eerie silence then of to the corner of the room I see a projection of an young dragon with beautiful golden scales.
"If you defeat me the prince of dragons with my power only reduced to twenty-five percent then you shall be worthy of continuing to the second test of the trial."
Giving me no chance to respond he gets in what I would assume is a battle stance. I look at my character sheet to see what spells if have available.

I decide to test out my summon spell to see if maybe they could distract him while I fire dark bolts from the back. Since it doesn't give me a list of summons I really don't know what's going to come out of the abyss. Well consider me surprised when out comes the same exact monkey that I killed earlier but now it has dark tendrils running throughout its body. I mentally command the monkey to start distracting the dragon while I shoot bolts.
The monkey instantly ran without the slightest bit of hesitation. Running at the dragon that was more than a hundred times his size without having a slight bit of fear. Screaming the monkey jumps at the dragon and start clawing at its eyes. The monster lets out a terrifying roar and then proceeds to burn the monkey in a majestic pillar of golden fire.
I decide to start firing dark bolts at the enraged dragon. Who's only getting slightly damaged and becoming increasingly angry by each passing moment.
