"That won't be necessary."
That must be the voice of the infamous Sybil.
"I don't like tardiness, Ms. Rees," the Alpha booms out throughout the room.
"I am greatly sorry that I kept you waiting," Sybil apologizes.
While they talk, MJ and I move to find a better view of the office. We head towards the other side of the house. Hanna, Chris, and Jaisley are already there.
"Lets not dwell on your tardiness any further. Lets move on to the reason for this meeting," a man who I am sure is the Beta says.
There are nine people inside of the large office. I can identify the Alpha with his butt length black hair, bulb shaped nose, and sharp eyes. The Luna, son, and daughter look similar except the children's hair reach their shoulders. The Beta's hair reaches his back and he shares similar feature with the rest. There are also two guards with their hair not surpassing their neck, one by each of the children.
This pack can tell each person's ranking and how much power they hold by the length of their hair.
Last but not least is Sybil in the room. Her blue eyes pierce into the eyes of everyone in the room and she walks around touching things. Her blonde hair flows behind her and colorful scarves drape around her body in the style of a gypsy costume you'd see on Halloween.
I look my enemy up and down as I listen into her private meeting. I can't wait for the day I burn down her and her empire.
"I've come here today because I have a very big proposition for your powerful pack." I can hear the whimsical, enticing tone of her voice and understand why anyone would willingly get lost in her traps.
I probably would too if I hadn't already seen the horrible things she's capable of. All the death that follows behind her.
"What might that be," the Alpha gives in to his interest.
Sybil wisps her hand and an iPad appears in her hands.
"I own an organization that's world wide and we have a mission that we wish to accomplish. I was hoping you and your pack could join. We call ourselves M.I.S.S.I.O.N."
She passes the iPad to the Alpha who passes it down to his kids who are now sitting down. From where we're crotched down we can see the screen.
"Anne that's the same map that was sent to us in New York," Chris whispers.
"So, you're telling me we have access to the locations of her whole force and we're not using it," Emily questions from home base.
"We forgot about it. Plus, Chris' laptop broke when our place was ransacked," I note.
"I'll make sure to capture a picture of it," Hanna says. She has her phone out documenting everything that's happening.
"I won't bother with looking at your map. What exactly is this mission?" The Alpha sounds suspicious of her.
"If you already have so much help, why do you need our pack," the Luna chimes in.
The witch clears her throat.
"I came up with the M.I.S.S.I.O.N because I don't like the way our government is being run. We have all these attacks happening and not enough action coming from those in power. You can imagine not a lot of people like this idea because they believe we want to become a dictatorship, but trust that those are not my intentions."
I shake my head in disbelief of the lies spewing from the witches mouth.
"If you're world wide and face so much adversity why haven't we heard of you. Especially since you're going against the higher court," the Alpha's son asks.
"I have to say. That's one smart young man," I hear my dad say. I can agree.
For someone who seems to have no interest in sitting in on these business talks, he sure knows the right questions to ask and presents himself in such a strong demeanor. I just know he'll be one great leader.
"My brother poses a great question. For someone who seems to cover great distances and large numbers, you seem powerless. Maybe your organization isn't as big as you want us to think." The daughter has an achieving smirk on her face as if she solved a mystery.
These two siblings will be one powerful team.
Sybil's face twitches in annoyance.
"Not to be rude, but I didn't come here to have a meeting with children," Sybil grumbles.
"I think you're only saying that because you feel threatened." The smart remark comes from the son.
In the next moment he's picked up out of his seat by his shirt and held up in the air.
"PUT HIM DOWN THIS INSTANT!"
We're all frozen in shock as we witness the scene before us. Sybil holds the son up in the air, he struggles to get out of her hold. The two guards are about to pounce on her when she sends out a gust of wind to push them back.
"Let him go! Let him go," His sister demands, screaming the same thing multiple times. She tries to run towards Sybil but her father pushes her behind him.
"You let my son down right now," the Alpha demands. His eyes are now a dangerous light brown.
"Will you work with me," Sybil asks, pleading one last time.
"We don't make deals with people like you," the Luna says and at that moment their son finds a way to bite down on Sybil's arm and he's dropped from her grasp. She roars out in pain.
"Stupid children!" She seems enraged and it distracts her enough for the Beta to attack her from behind and onto the ground.
She manages to flip them over so she's on top of him. When she lifts her head her eyes are a bright red and fangs pop out of her mouth.
Everyone runs to help fight against her as she bites down on the Beta's neck and he lets out a howl.
While he howls in pain Sybil stands to her feet and a sinister smirk grazes her face and blood drips from her lips. It doesn't last long because she has a bad reaction to whatever she just consumed.
They stand by as they watch her scream in agony and the Beta stands up unharmed, almost boasting in pride from the reaction the witch is having.
"We're not as easy to kill as you think," the Alpha yells at her.
She crumbles to the ground and I can see her body changing.
"What's going on over there," I hear Don ask, but all of us are too shocked to answer.
"No way," I hear Chris say as she witnesses the same thing as me.
The young witch we saw earlier has now transformed into something old and wrinkly. It's as if she's aged and lived for centuries right in front of us. We're not the only ones that seem shocked because the family of wolves inside the house also have there mouths gapped in shock.
"Guards pick her up and take her away. You know where to put her," the Luna commands.
We watch as the witch is picked up by both of her arms, ready to be transported out of the house. Before we can get too happy we hear a mumbling.
"I'm not so easy to kill either."
And with that, the house bursts out in flames.
