It was lunch time and I was just coming from the water fountain when...
"Hello." Some random guy said coming up to me in the halls. He had about four other guys following him.
"H-hi?"
"I heard you're a psycho stalker and you've been stalking my sister."
"N-no. I d-don't even k-know your s-s-sister."
"Shut up! I don't want to hear your lies. I can't fight someone who can't fight back."
"T-then–"
"But they don't care." He said pointing to four guys behind him. "Do whatever you want boys."
"But I don't think he actually stalked your sister." One of the guys behind him spoke up.
"Are you saying my sister's a lair?" The guy in front asked with a scary look on his face.
"No, but Taylor had to put him in his place because he's into the orphan tramp Taylor likes." Another one of the guys behind explained.
"Then it doesn't matter if my sister wasn't telling the truth. I'll be in Taylor's good book if I do him a solid and beat up this loser."
"Umm..." They all hesitated.
"What are you waiting for, go do your job!" The guy in front commanded fiercely.
I assume they started to attack me because all I remember is pain, crying and then everything faded to black.
~Katelyn's POV~
'Asher wasn't in his class. I wonder where he went?'
As I wondered in the halls aimlessly searching for Asher I saw him beaten up and laying on the ground unconscious. He had bruises all over his face and arms. He had cuts on his legs that were bleeding. A lot. And I was freaking out.
"Asher!" I yelled checking if he could respond even though I knew it was useless. "Damn them. How could they do this to someone who can't even fight back!?" I was heating up with rage and then came the guilt and regret, "If only I was here with you..."
The first thing I did was pick him up in my arms and rushed him to the nurse.
Oh my gosh! What happened?"She asked shocked to see how bad he was beaten up.
"It was some bullies they attacked him," I explained.
"I see. Leave him here. I'll call his parents after I've treated him."
"Okay..."
"Don't worry hun. He'll be fine. Go and eat your lunch now."
"Yeah."
As I was leaving I heard Mike calling out to Ryland, "Hey, Ryland!"
"What?"
At first, I didn't care but that all changed when he mentioned Asher. "Remember that kid Taylor put in his place?"
I immediately hid and listened in on their conversation.
"The cripple? What about that prick?"
"My boys and I just beat the living crap out of him," Mike said proudly. At this point, I was boiling with rage.
"Really?"
"Yeah! He looked so pathetic laying his own blood." Mike said laughing. I lost control and began to walk over to them.
"Taylor has to hear this although I don't know if he would be too happy you beating up his prey. But who knows maybe he will be ecstatic."
"Is that so?" I asked ready to do to them what they did to him and more.
"What do you want tramp?" Ryland asked.
"Just delivering justice," I said with a smile.
"What the hell are you talking about!?" Mike asked.
"Was it fun beating him to a bloody mess? I bet you had fun. So I will too." I said smiling uncontrollably as I charged at them.
"You crazy–"
Mike didn't even finish his sentence when I tackled him. It was a clean shoulder to stomach hit and I didn't stop until he was against the wall. When I let go he dropped to his knees holding his stomach in pain.
"You talk too much."
"You made a big mistake forgetting about me!" Ryland said now charging at me He tried to tackle me the same way I tackled Mike but as soon as he grabbed hold of me I grabbed hold of him and smashed my elbow into the side of Ryland's skull.
"Oh, I didn't forget. Just wait your turn like a good boy." I said thinking he was down for the count.
"Like hell, I will!" He yelled getting up and charging at me again.
I dodged and said, "Fine, I'll deal with you first. Mike, watch closely this will be you in a bit okay?"
I hit him with my right hand under his ribs where the sternum ends. He gasped and doubled over. He now laid unconscious on the ground. I could have gone further but he wasn't the one that needed to be taught a lesson.
Mike was on his knees scrambling away when I caught him and dragged him to his feet and turned my hip as he tried to knee me in the stomach. I banged his nose with my forehead and pushed him away.He came charging at me, I dodged, grabbed his head and smashed it into the wall until he was unconscious.
After that, I decided to do what he did, beat up someone who couldn't fight back. I repeatedly punched his unconscious body and when my hands began to hurt I got up and kicked him.
'I am so out of shape. That took way longer than it had to. Now to find Taylor.'
Still, in a fit of rage, I searched for Taylor.
"Hey, Taylor! We need to talk." I said pinning him against a wall.
"Katelyn! Have you finally realized your feelings–"
"Keep your goons in check! Quit letting them go around bullying whoever they want!" I commanded, punching the wall behind him.
"I don't control what Ryland and his friends do. I'm just their friend."
"Well, you must take some responsibility. You're the one who chose to be their friend."
"..."
"What was that just now?" Jessica asked.
"That crazy hussy was threatening our Taylor!" Cassandra stated angrily.
"Should we teach her a lesson?" Macy asked.
"Probably," Jessia stated.
"Yeah, she deserves it." Cassandra agreed.
"Where should we do it? Macy asked.
"Duh. The bathroom's our playground."Cassandra stated.
"So we just tail her until she goes to the bathroom right?" Jessica asked.
"That's the plan."
'Ugh. I don't really want to deal with them right now but there's blood on my hands from beating up those goons and from punching the wall. Fine all I have to do is not fight back and everything will be fine, right? I'm going to wash my hands.'
As soon as I entered they crowded around me.
"What do you three want?" I asked.
"Why'd you do that?" Macy asked.
"Do what?" I feigned innocence.
"Threaten Taylor!" Jessica yelled.
"None of your business." I rolled my eyes washing my hands.
"He's just an innocent bean so don't go around thinking just because he's too nice to hurt you you can get away with whatever!" Cassandra yelled.
"Innocent my ass! That bastard– Argh. Look I'm not in the best mood... I DON'T want to talk about it."
"You're just saying that because he's not like other guys you can't control him." Macy said rolling her eyes.
Ignoring their insults I turned to leave but what Cassandra said made me stop, "Or is it because of that disgusting cripple."
"Huh?" I froze in place.
"Yeah, what cripple?" Macy asked.
"Last year the guy in the wheelchair in my class started attending but Taylor was mad at him because he ran over his foot. Now that I think about it she was pretty defensive then too. She yelled and Taylor and left with the cripple." Jessica explained.
"You're telling me she chose a cripple over Taylor!?" Macy asked in shock.
"Yeah and that cripple was even ballsy enough to stand up to Taylor!" Cassandra exaggerated.
"No way!"
"Yeah, I think he's her latest plaything."
"Oh, I need to put this in the newspaper!" Macy squealed.
"Don't the teacher's read those?"
"Nope and even if they did they wouldn't care. So, what's his name?"
"I think it was Ash– Eek!"
I threw the handtowel roll at her making her unable to finish her sentence.
"Don't you dare say his name..." I glared at her.
"What the hell is wrong with you!?" Macy asked shocked.
"Leave him out of this. I'm the one you don't like so... Stop talking shit about him!"
"Oooo. Did we hit a nerve? If you think you can win a fight 3 vs 1. Come at us, you floozy!" Cassandra said running at me.
I dodged her attack and grabbed her hair.
"Let go!!!" She screamed.
"Nope. You're going to be my temporary shield." I said making her take all the attacks from her friends. It knocked her out.
I dodged the other two's attacks then grabbed their hair and banged their heads together until they pass out.
'Sigh. Now my hands are sore and I'm all tired... I won't be able to get away with this will I? I've hurt too many people this time sigh. I don't want to get expelled so Taylor will have to wait a while for his beating.' I washed my hands again, this time with cold water then left the bathroom.
