"What a bunch of hypocrites! Do they even realize who I am?" Ollios fumed and kicked open the grand doors to the throne hall of his Palace of Chaos. "I am a God of Chaos, the mightiest among all gods!"
He had just returned from the council of gods and he was boiling with rage. "How dare they doubt my abilities?!" His eyes turned bloodshot as he browsed through documents on his table.
Internally, Ollios knew that none of the other gods questioned his immense power and everyone was well aware of his capabilities. They were just jealous... and maybe even feared his strength, so they resorted to taunting him because they knew he struggled with communication.
"Building an empire, huh?" He suddenly paused, a hint of sadness appearing on his face. "I was the one who created this world." Memories of the past washed over him, and melancholy gripped his heart, but it only lasted for a brief moment.
"Just wait, he will destroy all of you! Especially you, Ernos, the so-called God of Light!" Rage once again took control over him and with a wave of his hand, a void mirror materialized before him, revealing the mortal world.
Ollios didn't genuinely desire to destroy the world, he just wanted to relieve his frustration. But there was an unspoken rule among the gods that prohibited direct interference with the mortal realm, leaving him with no choice but to search for a champion to do it in his stead.
Although Ollios had created numerous life forms, including dragons, in the past, he had never actively sought a champion who would directly execute his commands, so this was his first time doing it.
"Is he dead?" He abruptly halted, when he found a quite handsome young man, dressed in expensive looking clothes, lying motionless in the heart of the forest. "Perfect!" An evil grin crept across his face as he slashed his hand through the air, tearing space. The crack then continued to grow until it formed a circular void that opened up to a rift for him.
With the void rift fully formed, he extended his hand through it and drew the youth into his palace, intending to give him a little "upgrade."
"Level 4?! This guy is complete trash!" Ollios coughed blood when he inspected the youth. His hand was about to discard the youth into a lifeless void, when he suddenly stopped, thinking it might be good to try something different this time.
Furthermore, using a weak human would serve as a demonstration of his abilities to the other gods. Ollios made a decision, when at that moment, the youth suddenly opened his eyes,a shocked expression painted on his face as he stared at the God of Chaos.
Startled, Ollios quickly slapped the youth in his hand, sending the youth's head spinning several times before it stopped.
"Now he is dead." Ollios declared, satisfied, his pupils still wide from the unexpected event. "You would be grateful that you are dead if you knew what awaits you." He chuckled, tossing the youth onto a table.
His plan was to start from inside and slowly modify this human, or whatever was this creature called. "Let's take a look into his mind first," he muttered, placing his hand on the youth's head, sifting through his memories. But his expression soon darkened as he realized that he largely underestimated what a young man could have in his head.
"I mean... let's brainwash him," he decided, unwilling to take further risks. Was there any need for a human to have things like emotions? Ollios found the decision obvious, since he didn't see the difference between human and ant, and so he wiped the youth's mind clean. "Don't worry, I will give you a lot of more important knowledge instead." He comforted the dead and brainwashed youth.
Subsequently, he then began stuffing the youth's mind with all the things he found more important, such as 9th-grade mana control, North Barbarians' martial arts, heightened instincts, and more.
...
"I just hope he won't explode…" OOllios carefully settled the youth into a chair, taking a step back to ensure he wouldn't get covered by human's inside. He was a little concerned since he knew that a human's mental capacity might be insufficient for the vast knowledge he had prepared. Fortunately, even after some time had passed, the youth displayed no signs of exploding, so Ollios decided to proceed with upgrading his physical form next.
"Perhaps I could add at least some horns or teeth?" Ollios pondered, finding that humans lacked any noteworthy body parts. However, for this time, he chose to work with the human form, so he would just enhance his current body slightly.
With a flick of his hand, several enormous magic arrays materialized, encircling the youth and collecting mana until it transformed into a liquid state, before he began infusing it into the youth's body. He continued for a while, before he sensed that this was the limit for what the human body could take.
Next, he systematically disintegrated and regenerated each part of the youth's body, starting with the bones, followed by the muscles, and lastly the skin. He merged each of them with the collected mana to strengthen them and eliminate any impurities.
With this, Ollios was confident that his human would rapidly grow stronger, sparing him from waiting for many years.
He created a masterpiece!
Satisfied with the result, Ollios was about to breathe life into the youth, a sudden concern gripped him. He couldn't shake the fear that all his painstaking work might be destroyed by some unforeseen calamity.
While reviving humans was relatively easy if they got killed by a low-grade force, the stronger the lethal strike, the more it would damage the soul, until it would be beyond repair.
He didn't want to lose his creation, and so he constructed a complex magic array around the youth's soul, blessing him with the Power of the Primordial Chaos.
"There is nothing more I can do… or is there?" Ollios pondered, looking around. He would lose contact with the youth after sending him back into the mortal world, and wouldn't be able to make any more changes, so this was the last chance.
He walked through his palace, searching everywhere, until he stopped in the control room. "This could help him." Ollios decided, chipping a piece from the core of the Control Crystal of his palace, fusing it within the youth's forehead until it completely disappeared.
"This is everything I can do for you." Ollios murmured, drawing nearer to the youth. With a breath of life, the young man began breathing once again, but he was still unconscious. "The rest lies in your hands... show them the might of the God of Chaos!"
He then clothed the youth in a protective, enchanted black robe, concealing him from the prying eyes of the other gods and opened another void rift, pushing the youth through, into a barren stony plains.
