Yeah, Drew was the weirdest vampire I had ever met. He wasn't vindictive or cocky. He was always friendly. And, because of Drew's personality, it showed Josh that not all vampires were monsters. It helped lower Josh's temperament and molded his plan for revenge. Instead of killing every vampire he met, he only wanted to kill one family. Not a great plan, but it was better than the first.
How I wished Josh would grow out of this stupid plan, but he didn't.
Colin joined the chuckling. "Oh, remember the day we first met Drew?"
It was a day we're supposed to meet up at my hidden spot. We had bumped into him along the way. Unlike other vampires, he greeted us with a smile. If Drew saw us as enemies, he didn't show it. Not even after Colin's mouthing and Josh's death glares. He shrugged it all off and asked us out for drinks.
