Year 9989, Day 17 of the Month of the Rain.

Almost a year has passed since Atlantis and Elisa left the Town of Hope, during which time Luciel continued his life working at the Crimson Swordsman's Restaurant.

Luciel still remembered the days when he would visit Atlantis because he needs to be cure, or just to talk with Atlantis, and in those time, he used to call him Doctor Aris.

He, who had now been in the Great World of Gea for more than two years, had already become used to living peacefully in the Town of Hope.

At the Fairy Restaurant, Alec, Reus, Mía, Tom and Luciel were celebrating that the four members of the Adventurer Team of Unity have finally managed to have the Village Novice rank. The last to achieve such rank was Reus that it was only today, when the Deputy Manager of the Adventurer's Guild Taylor checked him in, that it was finally revealed that Reus was a Village Novice.

Mia had been a Village Novice for eight days; Tom had been a Village Novice for 57 days and Alec had been a Village Novice for 72 days today.

To celebrate, everyone wanted to come and check out the Fairy Restaurant, and they invited Luciel, who was surprised to see the young woman who he had tried to help from the guys who bothered her, that was a long time ago, it was Cindy, who worked as a waitress at the Fairy Restaurant, where all the employees were women except for the owner.

Cindy was also surprised to see the young man who had helped her a long time ago, she had not forgotten about him, and from time to time she would visit the Crimson where he worked to see him, so when he came today, she was the one in charge of being her waitress, while other waitresses took care of Alec and the others.

When the waitresses had finally left, Reus approached Luciel.

"Wow, I had no idea a brat like you was quite the hunk." - Reus said that, he had already drunk two jars of beer. - "Seriously, and to think that someone as shy as you Luciel, is capable of liking such a beautiful girl."

"She doesn't like me, it's just ..."

"Nothing, I see it in her eyes." - Reus said. - "Or not guys?"

"..." - Tom said nothing.

"Well, at least I can understand it, Luciel is a little handsome and very cute, as opposed to a weak, ugly, stupid and stubborn drunk guy like you." - Mia said to Reus.

"What? I think I haven't heard you very well, I can't understand how you have called me ugly, maybe you don't see this handsome face or these charming muscles." – said Reus with a smirk in his face. – "Look, I'm so handsome and sexy."

"Please, Alec is so much stronger than you and he doesn't carry fake muscles like you."

"False?"

"Yes." – said Mía. – "And Tom is more handsome than you."

"You!" – Reus start to argue with her.

As the two continued arguing, Alec chatted with Luciel.

"That's the girl you helped, right?"

"Yeah, even though it's been quite a while since that, I can't believe she still remembers me."

"Maybe it was something that marked her." – said Alec. – "Afterall, you have helped her in a time of need, that is something that is difficult to forget."

"But it really was nothing, and I was knocked out by one of those guys, and in the end I found out that it was more thanks to Evans and Joanne that where there, and also Don Armando who was the one who make those guys get the hell out of there, she doesn't need to thank me."

"If you say so." - Alec said.

Meanwhile, Luciel sometimes saw Cindy, and the girl smile when she saw Luciel looking at her, making the young earthling to get shy about that.

In the basement of the Church of Rhun, Onok Hak, the Sergeant of the Fire Guard charged with protecting Priest Phillip was confronting three people.

"HA." - A young man of nineteen years, 184 centimeters tall, fair skin, brown eyes, and who was bald, threw a blow to Onok's face, the Sergeant easily stopped him, but behind him.

"Take this!" - A seventeen-year-old girl, fair skin, brown hair, and eyes, tried to hit the sergeant, who easily threw the bald guy to collide with her.

"Ouch." - Said a rather fat young man, brown skin, brown hair, and light brown eyes was on the ground, his back being stepped on by the sergeant himself.

"Weak, really weak, over two years, and you still haven't managed to hit me." - said Onok. - "You better keep cultivating, when I come back, I don't want to see you lazing around."

And so, the sergeant left the place, going up to the first floor and going directly to Phillip's office.

The priest was on his knees praying, Onok said nothing and he just waited for the priest to finish praying.

...

Five minutes later, Phillip finally finished praying and without even seeing Onok, he spoke to him.

"What is it Onok?"

"I have returned from facing the Earthlings."

"Oh, how much had they improved?"

"It's incredible, two years and they are already Town Experts, I would not be surprised if in another two or three years they manage to become City Elites." - said Onok.

"Well, better, we are spending a lot of time and resources in their growth, I hope that by the year 9995 they will already be at least County Masters."

"With their talent, it is possible."- said Onok, who was a little quiet.

"What's up?" – ask Phillip who did not understand about why Onok stay quieted.

"They still lack a lot of combat experience, but they are improving by leaps and bounds." - said Onok. - "Maybe in three to four years they will totally surpass me."

"Hm, not bad, we'll be going to visit Cenes City soon."

"The Sacred City?"

"Yes, I have received a letter from His Holiness ordering all earthlings to go to the Cathedral to receive the blessing of God Rhun."

"So, they will finally be blessed."

"Yes."

"That's good news."

"So is."

"Then, do I start making preparations? "

"Yes, we are leaving in ten days."

"I get it."

In the basement of the Crimson Swordsman Restaurant, Luciel was preparing to sleep.

"Village Novice." - Said the young man that despite how hard he tried, he could not even come close to that range. - "I really am so weak… I have no talent to cultivate?" - The young man wondered who had no answer, because, Don Armando never got up the courage to tell him the truth, he could not give Luciel such news, because he felt that by giving him that news, Luciel would sink into depression.

"Maybe it's just that I'm very young." - Luciel said as he extinguished the candle that was next to his bed and was getting ready to sleep.
