It was Elliot who had came to them. Emerelda was barely awake when he stormed through the cottage. Emmett gently wakes her up though Emerelda heard everything outside the closed door. She picked up Elliot's coat that was drape on the end of the bed and the three all quickly left.
When Luther saw them he immediately rushed to Emerelda. He had tears in his eyes with his arms crossed. The study of Mr. Thomas's study was horrifying. Blood on the walls and the ground, the blood trailed all the way to the door. Mr. Thomas's body was dragged away until the door frame. The rest of the evidence outside the door wasn't visible, no sight of Mr. Thomas's body.
"They took him." He sobbed.
