A black tentacle-like arm formed from Paisley's hand, and in a motion as fast as lightning, the void-colored arm decapitated the demon. Paisley's legs began to take on an inky texture and color, she felt herself dash faster towards the infirmary. The corruption began to spread around her face from her eyes, disguising her hair and face in shadow. Outside the infirmary, several B Class Harbor members were fighting various demons surrounding them. Tentacles emerged from Paisley's arms and dismembered everyone in sight, including the Harbor members.
Inside the infirmary, hospital beds lined the walls, with various nurses, doctors, and healers treating the wounded. Paisley watched a healer hold her hands over a deep cut, a green glow emanating from her hands at the wound instantly healed, only leaving a scar and the crusted blood behind. Paisley walked over and picked the healer up with one hand, walking out the door before anyone noticed, covering the healer's mouth with her other hand.
"Hey! What are you doing?" The healer squandered as Paisley carried her towards the empty room where Yarrow was. Throwing the door open, Paisley dropped the healer in the puddle of Yarrow's blood. She pointed at Yarrow silently while staring down at the healer.
"Oh—okay," the healer said, her hands beginning to glow on Yarrow. "He lost too much blood," the healer stated, "he entered hypovolemic shock and died a couple of minutes ago."
Paisley gritted her teeth and thought, "that bastard Wayne! It's his fault, it's all their fault! If The Harbor never existed, Yarrow would still be alive!" Paisley unleashed a tentacle that speared the nurse through the heart, killing her instantly.
Suddenly, Paisley felt herself being pulled from her consciousness like it was a screen in front of her. She looked around, everywhere was darkness.
A woman with black hair and a split dress appeared from the void.
She coldly stated, "It's time for you to fulfill your end of the deal, you attempted to save your partner in crime, and failed."
Paisley realized, "that voice! You—you're the voice, Sabbath!"
Sabbath nodded and said, "You caught me, you didn't even realize that you formed a connection with me."
"Wait, I killed all those people, and that healer?" Paisley asked.
"Seems like, at the time, your emotions and indifference had the better of you," Sabbath explained, "anyways, I think it's time you gave me what's mine."
"What? What do you mean?" Paisley asked, looking up at Sabbath's piercing irises.
Letting out a little chuckle, Sabbath said, "like my last vessel, the one that 'Wayne' guy destroyed, you have pushed your emotions and body too far, now, you are about to become a demon." She smirked and told, "don't worry, I'll make sure you get your revenge." Paisley's body moved on it's own towards a puddle of water, like a vacuum, it sucked it up clean off the ground. Suddenly, her body was cased in a black void cocoon before opening after a couple of seconds to a tall being, it's eyes depicting a dark leafy galaxy.
In her consciousness, Paisley felt the wall of darkness surround her mind, beginning to mute her thoughts as it closed in.
