Thokozani's mind cleared from the haze of lust that Nathaniel had stoked within her. She frowned and looked up at Nathan. Doubt crept into her heart as she wondered if he would love her after he knew everything.
The voice chuckled. "Oh, secrets between the big hero and his damsel in distress. Tsk, tsk. You chose to hide the truth so you could start afresh. I must say I am surprised. The very honest Thokozani has secrets from the hero." The laughter got louder and more sinister as the garden reverted to its calm grassy look from before.
A white screen dropped dramatically against a garden wall. A love seat was carried in by two robots and placed beside where they stood. A big bowl of popcorn was placed on the love seat.
"And for tonight's entertainment, I present you with the past, in all its glory. Enjoy."
