Chapter 28 - Chapter 28 HSE Culture

It had taken time for the students to understand that at their school they were safe from virtually all predators and it was the rules and security measures that kept them safe. Most students understood that telling the truth (or "snitching" as it was called at other schools) kept the school safe. It was rare for anyone to lie and get another student in trouble and get away with it. Eventually, even the sociopaths were caught.

Most parents liked HSE because while the students were encouraged to be creative there was no licentiousness allowed. By enrolling their children, parents legally recognized that their child also had to follow the rules and would receive disciplinary action according to the Student Code of Conduct. All parents and students were asked to read, sign that they had, read, understood, and agreed to abide or ensure that their child abides by the code before the child could be enrolled at HSE.
