this shouting old man was the village chief . ken liked this old man as he was honest and genuinely cared about the villagers. ken laughed lightly and dissapeared into the forest ignoring the small old man who was sighing as he had to take care of one more troublemaker with luffy .
ken quickly arrived in the small area where he trains and suddenly started sweating uncontrollably. well the thing is that rokushiki are called super human arts for a reason . ken hadn't broken the limits of human body yet and was way weaker than luffy in physical strenght yet . soru is the technique which uses leg strenght to instantaneously kick the ground ten times and cover a large distance in an instant in one step .
this technique consumes absurd amount of stamina which ken had infinite but still his right leg was now swollen as even though he hadn't used the proper technique , the strain on his leg was still enormous . Ken's natural healing powers were best too as stamina means fast healing too so he recovered completely after a few minutes . ken was now eager to train more than ever so he immediately started doing squats to increase his body balance and the strenght of lower body .
after completing 10000 squats , ken maintained a horse stance and in the steady posture practiced punching . the slow punches after a while became too fast to see with naked eye and one could only see a blur now . ken was fortunate to have infinite stamina otherwise he would tire out after just few punches with his current strength and endurance .
after an hour of shadow boxing while maintaining the horse stance ken stood straight and was satisfied with the crackling sounds that came from his waist bones . ken could feel that his back and legs were much stronger than before . after stretching for a while ken then started practicing sword swings with a sword he had looted from the blue crook pirates . with his proficiency, Ken's swings were consistent and one could feel just by watching the sharp intent .
