Chapter 9 - Sending A Call

So for the next few days Hannah did everything she could think of at night in order to reach out to Lucian. But the problem was he always reached out to her not the other way around. For the first few nights she didn't dream at all. Then the third night she just walked around the lakes. The fourth night she found herself in the room she sat down with Lucian in. But he never showed. The fifth night she tried concentrating on the pictures she had of him on her phone before she went to sleep. But she still had no luck. Night six she found herself on her swing. She decided to give up trying so all she did was send out a call saying, "Lucian I want to talk. I have a few questions. And I would really like some answers. Please come talk to me."

She waiting on her swing for the rest of the dream but he never showed.

Finally on night seven Lucian showed up.

" Good evening my dear. How can I be of service? Ask anything of me and it will be yours."

"My mother would like to meet you. She wants to know if you will come to our house for Christmas? And like I said I have a few questions I need answered."

"If you like I will come to Christmas. Also if you want I can answer your questions now or I can wait till Christmas and answer everything all at once?"

"I think it would be best to answer everything all at once. Also you should know my mother has a person coming to Christmas dinner as well. He is the private detective that has been following you. Or at least trying to."

"Yes that's fine. I assume she is using him for protection from me right. It's ok but I would never hurt you. When do you want me to come? Shall I bring something?"

"Please come at noon. Mother say's you don't have to bring anything. But is there some other way I can get a hold of you? I have been trying all week. I didn't think it would work."

"I know your number I will send you a text with my number. Now why don't you rest, I will see you on Christmas. Good night my dear."

" Good night Lucian. We will see you on Christmas."
