"Have you all calmed down?" Carla held her red fluffy dress as she asked the people in front of her. "I didn't bring chairs, my bad,"
Paris and Liliana wiped their faces as they sniff while looking at the little girl at the door. They were confused but grateful. Their mixed feelings couldn't make them utter a single word.
Carla interprets their silence as a yes. She caressed her brother's tiny hair as she speaks, "Whatever we say nor do in this room, stays here. You won't like it if you spread words about anything that happens here."
"O-okay," Liliana recovered instantly and nodded. Whatever happens, as long as her siblings safe, anything is fine. As for Paris, she gently bowed, "Yes, Miss Carla," she didn't forget her place as the head maid.
"I know you all have something to catch up between mother and children, or sister to siblings. But that can wait... You want an explanation, right?" Carla tilted her head.
