The following morning Amelia woke up to smell of something cooking on a fire she sat up confused watching Malec without saying a word not yet sure if she could trust the werewolf but he said he knew her father so maybe she could trust him. Malec merely stared at the human girl girl as if to figure her out but it wasn't easy he tore his eyes away for her clearing his thoughts " good morning I trust you slept well Amelia I went hunting there was colony of rabbits not far from here" he told her beginning to cut up the rabbit holding the wooden bowl out her.
Amelia watched the werewolf before hesitantly taking the bowl form him "I slept well yes thank you for breakfast we have to be on our way soon Silvertone is another day's ride from where we are now it's one of the places my father visited before he disappeared I believe we could find some possible leads there." she told the werewolf not sure if she could even trust him her mother had warned her about being careful who she trusted.
Malec nodded at her he knew she didn't trust him and there was many things he was keeping form her but that was so he knew she would follow her destiny and not repeat the mistakes her father had made while on the very same quest only time would tell him if Amelia was truly ready for what was about to come for her it would be the ultimate test to see if she was the one on who would safe their world form complete destruction or would she die in the progress like many of her ancestors before he often wondered if the dragons didn't leave for a reason that maybe they grew tired of the humans mistreating them.
Amelia finished her food and packed up her things tying them to her horse before getting on not wanting to lost too much daylight she looked at Malec shaking the reigns placing her horse into a gallop "Well you can either stay here and follow me " she told him she was determined to complete her quest she would not make the mistakes of many others before her then again her predecessors did not have a werewolf's help.
