Samuel was remembering his past. He remembered his mother being sick and he remembered spending most of his time spending his dad in the hospital he worked. His father worked in the diagnostic laboratory within the hospital. He was the Clinical Biochemist in the hospital. Samuel remembered her mother's sickness and his attempts to make her mother happy. He was recalling his past and one of the incidents more intensely which had the biggest stain in his childhood. It's what he called the taint in his childhood memories. He remembered going straight home without telling his father after school. He won prize and praise by the painting he made and he eagerly wanted her mother to see it first.
As she reached home, he tiptoed to enter the house to surprise his mother. He heard some loud voices and he recognized. It belonged to his mother and father.
"It's not healthy Melisa... I am worried about Samuel…" Mr. Simon said with concern.
