Samuel did not need any information from the statement report to know what Melisa said. He knew she was going to rat out Julia because she was not alive now and it was easy and obvious to put everything on her. Melisa was Samuel's mother but he has no believe on her. It had nothing to do with his differences from her but she surely is the person with conflict. Surely there were many loop holes Samuel can see but he was not sure if anyone and even Harry would understand them.
"Well Melisa Simon was taken hostage in all these days by Julia Parker. Whatever she said… it was all because of Julia Parker" Harry explained Samuel.
Samuel was expecting something like that to be her statement. It was the obvious one and safe too because Julia cannot defend herself now and it is very easy to throw her under the bus when she is dead.
"Yes… that's pretty much all" Harry looked at the statement report and answered.
Samuel scoffed.
