They had just finished the rope course and Alison was near tears, she had been laughing the moment she took her final step reaching the end of the course. Sam of course was three steps behind her laughing, as Jake was cursing behind Dean while Ty laughed from the sidelines.
"Sam I was counting on your how the hell did you fail?" Jake began his rant as he reached the end, "You almost had her there how the hell did you let her pass you?"
"Well as you could have seen I was struggling on that last section," Sam explained.
"Damn it Sam, and to make matters worse you guys eat like pigs," Jake grumbled.
Dean walked up to them and patted them on their backs, "I tried to warn you guys."
"I regret not understanding your signals," Jake sighed.
Laughing Alison spoke up as they began descending from the platform, "Well now you know to never underestimate girls especially those who have adventurous brothers."
