Chapter 30 - Starting The Workout

Revan: We're going to start our workout with a quick jog, you'll be jogging a bit more than a mile. Now that you all are fed, you should have enough energy for that. Try to complete the 1 mile jog without stopping to walk but if you can't I won't penalize you.... you'll just be letting yourself down. After the jog you can have a minute break and then we're getting straight into pushups. We're doing 100 of them and try to keep going without taking any breaks until you're done. Once you're done your pushups I want you to do 150 air squats without any breaks. After your squats you will be doing 60 pull-ups and I've already prepared the bars you can hang from. I shoved poles into the side of the mountain with the help of Lucas while you guys were sleeping. You guys should have three groups. One starts with squats, one with pull-ups and the last one will start with pushups. I'll be walking around and making sure everyone's form is up to standard as well

Revan took a breath after finishing that long speech. "Alright, prepare some water that you can drink. Remember to drink lots of water but don't force yourself. 6 cups is fine if you can manage it. We can't have people passing out from the beaming heat. You can all start now!"

Revan was happy to see Lucas training as well. Revan was watching them work and he was satisfied with their efforts. By now they were pretty far from him but he could still catch up. "I'll keep my distance but I'll do the training with them and also supervise at the same time. This path is barricaded on both sides by giant rocks and it's basically a giant u-turn. So if anyone turns around and I don't run behind them, I'll still know if they just turn around and run back."

Revan's heartbeat sped up a little bit. His arms were pumping back and forth and his robes were fluttering in the breeze. He actually used to do this training regiment back on Earth. He did it 5 days a week with 2 rest days. He specifically chose Monday and Friday as his rest days. "This new body is still much better than my old body. Even though I increased the reps I did and distance I ran on Earth, I feel like I could do even more with this body."
