Chapter XXVIII: the mysterious girl.
Alice is currently outside the palace, unable to enter; she is being blocked by the guard who is watching the entrance.
The girl who is wearing an elegant dress-wear was forbidden to enter the palace without an invitation. Alice, who was invited by the king, forgets the invitation to Kai because she is trying to avoid Syaoran who prohibited her from visiting the king.
The whole place was covered in an intense atmosphere. She then tried to talk to the guard with a rough attitude.
"I told you already! The king himself invited me. That's why I'm here." Alice abruptly held the clothes of the guard angrily. She pulled it, the guard's face was very close to Alice.
The guard was a little surprised at how Alice mannered. He was sweating while having eye contact with her.
"What in the world is this girl problem?" that's what he thought in his mind. He then gulped and pushed Alice with a little force.
