Chapter XXIX: Feast together.
Alice was sitting at the long table for dinner. People are continuously serving her different kinds of foods. Clueless Alice only stared at the food that was being served before her.
A few hours ago.
The girl and the king who disguised himself in the name of Liam had a few moments together. They spent some time together in the lake they were in before.
"Why do you look messy? Is there something that happened when you entered the palace?" recalling how the guard treated her, she just smiled. Alice thinks if she says something against the guard who treated her rudely. She might put him in danger.
"I just stumbled in the ground earlier," she said. But on how the king watched for her, his expression was like doubting.
He then turned to Liam and gave a secret order just by nodding. Liam, who is the king's trusted knight, disappeared all of the sudden. However, Alice didn't notice his sudden disappearance.
