A round of applause was heard around the hall as Sir Jerry finished his welcome speech. Some even whistled as he went down waving to everyone. He walked towards his seat which was not far from where Robbie and Alex were sitting.
The hall became silent as soon as Josie took over the microphone. The crowd settled back in their chairs as they all listened to the next announcement.
