AT THE HOME OFFICE...
"How long are you going to ignore the boy, Robbie?" asked Alex as she watched him read some documents on his desk. With so many things on his plate, Robbie couldn't help but work even on the weekends.
Alex watched him with a raised eyebrow since he never even bothered to look up to her. Irritated, Alex stood from where she was sitting and walked over to his desk.
"Robbie!" she called, slamming the desk which made Robbie lookup.
"What?" Robbie asked innocently. "I'm not ignoring him."
"Yeah, right. He had just asked you several times to watch his game and you never responded. Why do you have to punish him?" Alex complained.
"I am not punishing him, okay."
"You're ignoring him."
"I'm not. You know how busy we are and with the reunion coming up and product launching-"
"We still have plenty of time to do that. There's tomorrow."
"The product launching is next week, Alex," Robbie argued.
