-3rd POV-
Word spreads quite fast in the wizarding world. Not 10 minutes have passed and the Daily Prophet is already being spread throughout the whole of Britain.
News that someone had claimed lordship of such famous houses hasn't just spread throughout Britain, but the rest of the European magical world. It soon became a ripple effect that spread to Asia, then to Africa, then America and so on.
While most people were curious about who would claim lordship, there was one man who was absolutely furious. That person was none other than the great Chief Warlock, Headmaster of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, Albus Dumbledore.
It happened while he was enjoying the sweet sound of Fawkes the phoenix singing. Obviously, he forced the poor bird to do his bidding with a dark ritual. He felt that his authority over Hogwarts was snatched away from him. This confused him greatly, as it was simply impossible to do such a thing. He finally got his answer after Professor McGonagell came barging into his office.
"Headmaster, you have to see this!" She handed him an oh so familiar newspaper, the Daily Prophet. After skimming through the first page, he understood everything. He felt his rage reach a boiling point, thankfully, he was using his occlumency to shield his emotions.
"I will be heading towards the ministry to inquire about this, McGonagell. Stay here and make sure nothing happens." Said Twinkledore as he stood up from his throne like seat. Using the dark spell that forcefully bound him and Fawkes together, he apparated in a burst of fire.
He immediately started walking towards the Wizengamot where others could already be seen seated. Seeing the looks on their faces brought a slight smile to Dumbledorks face. He instantly fell into his act of a kind grandfather figure.
Everyone in the room glanced at him before continuing their talk, all except Madam Bones. She never really trusted Twinkledore, and she knew that behind his mask, he was upset about loosing control over Hogwarts.
Madam Bones wanted to thank the one who claimed lordship of the Hogwarts founders houses, as it put a dent in the old farts face. However, that is the very reason all of the council has gathered here.
"Now that we are all gathered here, let's commence the Wizengamot!"
~After Wizengamot~
Dumbledore was furious, not only have they not found the new lord of Hogwarts, they couldn't even get the goblins to spill the beans. The new lord apparently doesn't want to be found, as the goblins even stated that it was a request to the goblins to keep their mouths shut. The Wizengamot ended with the order that none shall seek the new lord unless he reveals himself. This made Dumbledork very upset.
Madam Bones, on the other hand, was delighted. She got to personally see Twinkledores frustrated face, even if it was for a split second. As she left the Wizengamot, she felt the need to message an old friend and tell her about what happened.
She immediately flooed home and started writing a letter to her most dear friend, Annabeth Arius, they haven't seen each other in a long time. If she remembered correctly, Annabeth should have a child the same age as her Susan. She immediately thought of having dinner together.
After finishing her letter, she sent an owl to deliver it. Madam Bones was never one to smile much, but now you could see her with a small smirk.
-Luxion POV-
After waiting for a bit, Lashgrip came back.
"I have completed your request Lord Arius. Now, I believe we left off at your checkup for magical diseases, if I'm not mistaken?"
"No, we were just about to do that. Lead the way Lashgrip." I responded to him. I'm not really comfortable with people calling me 'Lord', but I guess that I must get used to it.
Mom took my hand and we once again, followed Lashgrip. He took us towards a room with another goblin inside waiting for us.
"Here you are Hookfang, I leave Lord Arius in your care. Good day to you, Lord Arius, Madam Arius." Lashgrip left with those parting words.
"Please sit here Lord Arius, while I perform a diagnosis on you. You will feel something, but pay it no heed." Hookfang gestured towards a seat, which I sat on.
Hookfang moved his hovering hand up and down my body, I could feel some magic entering me but coming right back out. After a while, Hookfang stopped and walked over towards a cabinet, bringing back a few vials of potions.
"There is nothing wrong with your body at the moment, but as a precaution, I suggest that you drink these. Be sure to not spit any of it out now." I took a vial of potion and downed it. I almost choked on the taste, but the feeling was much worse, it felt like I was drinking sand.
It took a while, but I managed to drink all of them. Hookfang and mom were smiling at my reaction to the potions.
"Not a word." I glared at them, only to get a chuckle, much to my dismay. After a hearty chuckle, Hookfang spoke again.
"Do you want me to take a look at your traits?" I just nodded my head. Traits are things that represent you, like the size of your magic core, or if you're a natural born metamorphmagus, or a natural born animagus, or any family magic that you might have awakened, or even parsletongue.
Without another word, Hookfang again moved his hovering hand up and down my body. I felt something being pulled out of me, but not im dangerous amounts. A small black and red crystal formed, a pink orb, a green orb, a red orb, a yellow orb and a silver black orb formed. This surprised all of us.
"It appears that your magic core is quite large for your age. You also appear to be an innate Metamorphmagus and Animagus. This red orb is the Arius House's family magic, it is said that it allows you to essentially 'eat' magic. The yellow orb belongs to Hufflepuff, it allows you to transfer your magic to others. And this silver black orb is Slytherins ability to not get corrupted by dark magic. You're a lucky wizard Lord Arius."
Me and mom smiled at his explanation. I could actually have fun with my Metamorphmagus and Animagus powers.
"Thank you for your time Hookfang, we most certainly appreciate your help." Mom said as she picked me up into her arms.
"No need for thanks Madam Arius, it is my job after all." And we left his room and headed towards Gringrots entrance.
