An ode,

To my mother,

I'm sorry I'm not the best daughter,

I'm sorry you had me,

I'm sorry I'm broken and bruised.

An ode,

To my sister,

My partner in crime,

I'm barely hanging on,

Thank you for making me smile.

An ode,

To my friends,

I'm sorry I didn't tell,

It's just that I didn't want to be a burden.

I thought you wouldn't cared.

An ode,

To my first love,

I'm happy I got to know you,

You were there for me always,

Thank you for being my person.

An ode,

To god,

Countless times I've confessed,

To take me off this world,

To just make me disappear.

An ode,

Lastly to my father,

I'm sorry I'm not perfect,

I always try my best,

But you never see how it's turning me into a mess.

An ode,

To my future self,

Someday you'll be happy,

That I'll promise,

But until that day comes,

Keep holding on.
