Chapter 4 - CHAPTER - FOUR

They parked the cars away from the bungalow. Actually, Brown had to convince Henry to keep the cars away as it was particularly advised in the book.

It was an abandoned place.

They couldn't find any soul around....

The bungalow stood in a Jungle with wild bushes, grasses, creepers and trees which grew up to the balcony of the first floor all around.

It was a big two storey bungalow with glass windows and wooden doors. The building was very old and to a great extent dilapidated.

Anyway, they pushed and opened the rusted main iron gate and entered the area. After walking a little distance, through the Jungle, they reached the building.

The door was closed, they pushed it hard and finally opened with the creaking sound.

It was totally dark inside. They, therefore, switched on the torches and found that there were two big sofas, eight heavy wooden chairs, and two tea tables in the room.

They were feeling very uneasy as the room was closed. Hence, they first opened the two windows to let some fresh air come in.

There was a lot of dust on the furniture and the room was untidy.

They needed to remove the dust, therefore, they collected some leafy twigs from the Jungle and started dusting, eventually, the furniture looked a bit clean.

They kept their baggage on the table and settled down after a long journey.

As the room was closed for long time, the room smelt damp, hence, Brown sprayed the room freshener which changed the internal odour of the room.

So, everybody thanked Brown.
