Lanie and Penelope were both in daze in front of Althea's room, which was now empty. Mark was standing and leaning on the wall.
Tyler and Kieffer arrived. Mark contacted them when Althea was brought to the morgue earlier.
Kieffer let out a heavy sigh while his both hands were on his waist.
"I already requested the CCTV footage. Mark, you saw the suspect. Lieutenant Lim will be here in any minute." Tyler said before she looked at Lanie then to Penelope.
"Penelope," he called her. "Did you see the black shadow before we left?" he asked. Penelope slowly shook her head, still looking at the door of Althea's room.
"Maybe the shadow appeared after you left." Lanie said after she stood up and slowly went to Althea's room and entered.
Tyler signaled Kieffer to be on Penelope's side then, he followed Lanie inside.
"Close the door." Lanie said. Her voice doesn't have a trace of any emotions. It was just plain and cold.
