When Lanie finished throwing her frustration to Alvarez, she sat down on the couch, staring at nowhere. Alvarez looked at her like there was a crazy soul inside Lanie's body. He waved his hand in front of her face to get her attention.
"Are you okay, now? Done releasing your frustration?" he asked. He sat beside her.
"You will think that I am crazy for what I am gonna tell you but still, listen to me, okay?" she started. Alvarez looked at her and smiled a little. He is always listening to her. He is always listening attentively even though she is saying nonsense things. And also, he is always looking at her even though she is not looking at him. He is always looking at her because her expressions are more honest than her mouth.
