Crystal, Amber was cleaning the place up while you were counting the money, the doors were locked because you shut down the store, the music was turned up and it was making things better.
Your phone rang and it was Ashton, you answered the phone.
"Hello?"
"Can you let us in the store?"
"Yeah give me one sec, Amber!"
"What?"
"Let the boys in! They're at the door!"
"Okay!"
Amber was in lobby anyways cleaning so she was closer, you hung up the phone.
Amber showed the boys how to get back to the office where you were counting the money.
You looked out of the office and see who decided to come, it was Ashton, Luke, Louis, Calum, and Liam.
You put the money down and stepped out of the office since it was only the guys and girls.
"Thanks for coming, Okay let me put Y'all in the computer then get your Thumbprints in the system."
You put the boy's name on the computer with their pay as well as ordered their clothes and shoes.
"Okay, Liam come here and put your thumb on the scanner."
You did that to all of the boys.
"Okay, there may be some new shoes in here that might fit y'all since the new people quit."
The new people that quit didn't even work one day, just out of pure luck there was a pair of shoes that fit each boy.
The clothes wouldn't be here for a few days but that's fine.
"Okay now that your fingerprints are in the system and you're clocked on Crystal and Amber will tell you boys what needs to be done and how to do it also under no circumstance do not open the doors or windows unless it's one of us that needs to be let in the store is shut down right now until we can clean and reopen it."
"Gotcha," Luke said
"Okay, Luke and Louis go to Amber she's in the lobby, Liam and Calum go to Crystal and Ashton you're staying here with me."
Luke and Louis both headed out to the lobby, "Tara said to come to you and you'll tell us what to do."
"Okay, well my names Amber I'm the scheduling manager also I'm the people manager."
"What does that mean?" Louis asked.
"Full definition or a sum up?"
"Full," Louis said.
"A person with the necessary and vital ability, experience, qualities, qualifications, training and skills to perform a human resources function and manage human resources processes and systems for a specific number of people who are employed within a business, company or organization easily and efficiently and performs their role in accordance with their job title, job person specification, duties, tasks and responsibilities of a people manager or incorporates this role into another managerial position, now that was a mouth full."
"Tell me about it."
"Okay, what're your names?"
"I'm Luke this is Louis."
"Okay, over here is the rages the dirty ones go in that bucket, Louis I'd like for you to finish cleaning the tables and the drink machine, Luke I'd like for you to sweep then change all the trashcans in the lobby, Louis after Luke's done I'd like for you to mop, if anyone has any problems I will be in the bathrooms cleaning them."
"Okay."
Amber grabbed her supplies and went to the bathrooms to clean while Louis and Luke did their part.
In the kitchen were Crystal, Calum, and Liam.
Crystal had Liam wiping everything down while she was showing Calum were all the stalk stuff was so they could get the place stalked up.
After they got the place stalked up and boxes are broken down Liam swept after that Calum mopped while Liam and Crystal gathered up all the trash from around the store and took it all to the dumpsters out back.
The lobby, bathrooms, and kitchen were clean so Amber took her team to clean front counter while Crystal took her team to clean the break room.
Tara and Ashton were in the office.
"Why did you have me stay with you?"
"Because you're going to help me here in the office, here count this pile of money."
"Okay."
Ashton and you got all the money counted and put into the safe after that you showed him how to count waste and how to run back dive.
"A1 is for Lane one which is closer to the building, A2 is for Lane two which is the other Lane, whenever the car pulls up you push the lane they're in on the register when you say through the headset 'Hi thank you for choosing McDonald's I can take your order whenever you're ready' after that you punch in their order, unless you'd rather be in kitchen."
"I will keep drive thru for now."
"Okay, oh also any bills above $10 I need to check because counterfeit money is going around like crazy, now study everything on the register then I'll come back to quiz you."
"Okay, will do."
"Also do not unlock your window or open it until we're back up and running, I don't care who's at the window."
"Okay."
You went to the office to grab the drawer of money to put in back drive.
"Now over here at the computer is where you'll have them pay, first you read the order and ask if that's what they had when they say yes then you click that order and have them pay for it."
"What if they say no?"
"Then you read the next order and so on until they say yes."
"Oh okay."
"Okay, that should do it, for now, wait for anything about $10 Bill gets put underneath the drawer okay?"
"Okay, what are we going to serve this time?"
"Still dinner, We also still do McMuffins, McGriddles, Bagels, and Biscuits at this time but we only have round egg and folded egg."
"Okay, anything I should know that's broken?"
"Um I know we don't have 2 for $5 anymore but we do have 2 for $2 it's a McDouble with a small fry."
"Okay, is that all?"
"That's all for now."
"Okay."
"I'll be back after see how everyone else is doing to quiz you."
You walked out of back dive and into the kitchen, this place is looking great! You walked into the back of the store and seen the break room
It was looking great as well,
"This place is looking great!"
"Thanks, Tara," Liam said proudly of himself.
Tara called a meeting in the break room,
"Okay so I'll have Ashton in back drive with Crystal and since she'll be in back drive with you Ashton shell quiz you and check the money, Luke I'll put you on front counter with me, Amber you'll be in the kitchen with Calum, Liam, and Louis."
"Sounds great to me I love the kitchen," Amber said with excitement.
"And I love back drive so this will work out fine." Crystal said with a smile on her face.
"Okay let me put the store back up and we can start, Amber go ahead and start training Louis, Liam, and Calum in the kitchen, Crystal help Ashton memorize the register and Luke go upfront and start memorizing the register, oh but first Crystal can you teach him headset and drinks? It'll take me about 10 minutes to get the store up."
"Okay."
Everyone went off to their spot while you were working on getting the store back up and running.
