We left like untimely fallen leaves.

We were running home with Gwen. My body was so vigorous when everything on my mind was tiring my brain...
We were out of breath when we came to the front of the house. We had done the money thing in a short time. All that remained was to take our belongings. Actually, we didn't need to take much. After all, the climate here and the climate of Africa was definitely not the same. That's why 1-2 pieces of clothes would do the job. The silence we encountered when we entered the house was scratching. When I looked at Gwen, she was trying to breathe, slumped on the seat in the corner.
"You breathe, Gwen. I'll take myself and you a few items from above. Shout if someone comes. I'll come right down."
Gwen shook her head up and down quickly, still out of breath. I turned around and climbed the stairs in pairs. When I entered my room I was feeling weird, knowing that I would see this place for the last time. I shook my head to regain myself and opened my closet and threw a few of my summer clothes to the bed. When my hand hit something, I hesitated and rubbed my hand. What was that?
The statue I placed in the deepest corner of the closet was still there. I'd better take it with me too. Maybe it would work for me. Besides, I haven't solved the mystery of this statue yet. After zipping the tiny bag, I threw it on my back and left the room. When I got down, Gwen wasn't where I left off. In the very corner of the room, Tom had covered her mouth and was telling her to stay calm. When my eyes searched for Dylan, I couldn't find him. Hands wrapped around me made me scream. Whoever this was did not know that I was afraid of restraint! I threw the person behind me down the stairs with an unexpected force.
The boy, whose name I don't know, was in the air while rolling down the ladder without falling. I was watching what happened with my eyes widened. When the boy floated down on the ground, he turned to me and looked angrily. I was stiff with one hand gesture. I was completely frozen now. This was different from restraint. I could breathe but I could not move. I started sobbing and crying when that disgusting day came to my mind. The man's pinching me... I can't stand stiff and move... It all came to my mind. I was crying with shaking. Tom took his hand from Gwen's mouth as Gwen stared at me with horror. Gwen was yelling at the same time as she punched Tom's chest.
"Damn! Can't you see she is scared? Quick leave her! She hurts! She's scared, don't do it!"
The boy sadistically enjoyed my crying. I looked at his smiling face in a way that made me feel disgusted. As the door suddenly opened, I met Dylan's angry gaze. He looked at Gwen first. Then me...
There was fear on his face. He looked at my body and started yelling.
"Damn! Chris, what did you do to the girl? Let her go now!"
"I can't let go, Dylan. This little girl needs a little wisdom!"
All of a sudden everything happened. Dylan started punching Chris as he jumped on him. When Tom came running to separate them, Gwen came to my side. She looked at me. She seemed to see the pain in my eyes. Remembering that day, my mind reflected my pain in my eyes.
I had come to the point that I couldn't breathe anymore. This feeling sucked. I did not understand why I was so afraid of being locked up and being unable to move. When I exhaled a shaky breath the surroundings started to blur. I was going again. I was losing consciousness. I guess I was the wrong person... These powers were not what I deserved. I was a mistake in itself! As I thought about this, Gwen started yelling.
"Dylan! She's losing consciousness! Help me! She can't take that long! Please!"
Dylan stopped punching Chris as he got out of a trance. He came in front of me and whispered something quietly. I listened to his perfect sounding voice. I wanted to hug him as my body relaxed. I did it... I snuck into his neck just as I was about to fall. He grabbed me by the waist as if expecting this. He kissed my neck. While the pain was disappearing, I was still affected by him, I loved him. Damn I loved him so much. But for some reason, I felt like I would never have ever gotten to him.
We had to get out of here. We should go to Africa. I thought. I just thought. I thought they were all falling into a deep sleep. Chris and Tom were already on the ground as Dylan's arms wrapped around me relaxed. Dylan... the man with whom I disappeared in his eyes... He pulled me into him as I slowly put him down. He took a deep breath as our lips met. He smiled at me when we left.
"You're very clever. But you don't know what happened. I can't hurt you. We'll meet again soon. I wouldn't want these to happen..."
When his eyes were closed, I kissed his beautifully smelling neck. I stood up and went to Gwen. Her eyes were looking at me with understanding.
"What will we do now?"
"We will go to the airport. There is a taxi stand ahead, we can take a taxi."
"Okay let's go."
Before I left the house, I went up to Dylan and looked at the bracelets on his arm.
After taking one, I put it on my wrist and closed the door behind me as I left the house.
When we got to the taxi stand, I said we would take the next taxi and go to the airport. Gwen said she wanted to sleep until we got to the airport, which was half an hour away. I was looking out the window while she was sleeping on my shoulder. I was so curious about what awaits me in my future... My brain, tired of thinking about these, forced to close my eyes to the light of day. Before I let myself in the arms of sleep, my favorite blue eyes came to my mind again.

When I woke up startled, I was still dizzy so I could not tell where I was. Gwen was awakened, looking outside. She smiled when she saw me wake up.
"We're there in 5 minutes, honey."
"Oh... I'm asleep, sorry."
"No problem. You're so tired, you had to sleep."
I smiled slightly and looked out. The airport was right across from us. When we got in front of the entrance, I paid the taxi driver and we got off quickly. When we entered, after going through a security, we went to the waiting room of the plane going to Africa. Fortunately, we were lucky to have a bag instead of our suitcase. Therefore, when all the transactions were done, we immediately went to the waiting room. When the announcement was made, we proceeded to the field where the plane was located and sat down. A long journey was waiting for us. And I knew like stepping that this journey would not end just by plane. I stroked the big bracelet on my thin wrists. When Gwen took my hand, I looked towards her. There was anxiety in her eyes.
"Elizabeth, Well... can I hold your hand? I'm just a little scared..."
"Oh, of course you can, sister. You don't need to ask. You were saying that the fear of the plane just passed."
When I giggled, she squinted her eyes and pinched my arm.
"Don't start again, Elizabeth! Look, I'll steal your bracelet! You'll see!"
"Oh... Okay, okay! Don't steal my bracelet!"
After laughing at me, she took my hand and closed her eyes. I laughed at my friend who was a hopeless case and I closed my eyes. There was something I thought about:
What awaited us in Africa?
While I was thinking and analyzing, my brain would have rebelled, when I suddenly fell asleep.
