Mile Square Regional Park: 7:23 am
"Hey look guys, it's Kendall!" I exclaimed as my friend, Kendall approached my other friends and I. "Hey guys!" Kendall says as she approached us.
I flip my perfect, long light brown hair over my shoulder gently since it's a cool day in the summer in California that I'm wearing my favorite pair of blue denims rolled up up to my shins with my purple Girl Scout T-Shirt tucked into my pants with a multi-colored belt in the belt loops around my waist. As for my shoes, I was wearing my favorite pair of sandals, with a light blue dolphin anklet on my ankle and I had my hair held back with a head wrap. I was wearing a Fitbit Versa 2 on my wrist with my heart rosary and pastel pink bracelet that I got at the end of summer last year.
My gang/friends and I all decided to meet out at the park so that we could hang out before we went all go our own ways at Clear Brook High for High School and we wouldn't be able to hang out as much anymore due to all of us having too much work to do in High School. We've been planning for our hang out here at the Mile Square Regional Park for several weeks now.
Kendall comes up to our table where we were all sitting at and swings herself at the empty seat next me and sits on the table with me. Our whole gang's all over the place right now. Danny, Anthony, Ann, Dante, Danielle and Amy are leaning against their bikes, Kendall, Jess, Henry, Randy and I are both sitting on top of the table, Jen, Michael, Emma, Andy & Ace are all sitting at the table Kendall, Jess, Henry, Randy & I are sitting at but on the seats.
"So... since we're all here now..." Randy starts, "Are we just going to hang out?" I shrug, "Yeah... I guess... we've planned this so yeah... c'mon I've brought outdoor games that we could be playing." I say grinning at my gang.
They all laugh as Andy hoots and says happily while pumping his fist into the air, "Alright! Let's do this!" I pull out the things that I've brought out of my bag that I've brought with me and then laid them all out onto the table.
"Let's see..." I start, "I got a frisbee, a soccer ball, a small bounce ball- idk what it's even called honestly... a jump rope & that's all of them. So what do y'all want to play with first?" Jen asks us as we looked at each other for a moment as I picked up the frisbee and suggest, "Let's play with the frisbee first."
"Okay. Fine by me." Jess says shrugging her shoulders, "Same here." The others all says in sync.
