Sarise sat up, growling at the noise as she looked at her phone. It was three in the morning, what the hell was going on! Throwing the blankets off she threw her legs out of the bed, storming out the door and nearly getting bowled over by a member of the staff who rushed down the corridor.
She looked down the hallway to see Carmen standing at the door, a look of disgust on her face as she clutched her dressing gown around her.
"Carmen." Sarise called, walking down the hallway. "What the hell is going on?"
"Xander and Jacob are about to return." Carmen answered as Sarise stepped aside as a staff member rushed pass her.
"Return?" Sarise asked and Carmen looked at her.
"They went out." She answered.
Sarise had refused to go down for dinner when she had been told by Marie that Xander was staying the night, instead asked for her meal to be brought to her room. She hadn't heard anything from the two men since she stormed from the room earlier that morning.
"They're idiots when they're drunk." Carmen stated and Sarise looked at her.
"Most people are." She pointed out and Carmen snorted, turning to her room.
"I hope you don't plan to sleep." She added and Sarise raised her eyebrows in question. "They'll keep going here. They're only coming back because the bars are closed."
Sarise growled, walking down the corridor to the balcony that ran along the back wall of the foyer, going to walk down the stairs when the door burst open and Xander walked in with a woman on each arm, laughing loudly as the women giggled at his side. He glanced up, seeing Sarise standing at the top of the stairs.
"Sarise!" He called, lifting the bottle of beer in his right hand up in a salute. "Cute outfit."
Sarise looked down, rolling her eyes as she realised, she hadn't thrown anything over her pyjamas and now stood in her shorts and crop top. She folded her arms across her breasts, watching as Xander looked behind him waving people in.
"Where is Jacob?" Sarise snapped, walking down the stairs and watching people file into the house, laughing and clinging to each other as they drank from various bottles and glasses.
"He's coming sweetness." Xander answered, kissing the cheek of one of the women who hung off him before turning slightly to look out the door. "See there he is." He added, looking at Sarise and throwing her a wink before walking down the corridor towards the main lounge.
Sarise turned her attention to the people coming through the door, spotting Jacob walking in with a woman dressed in a tight-fitting pink dress hanging off his arm. She was gushing and chattering away to Jacob. He merely took a sip out of his bottle, seemingly disinterested in what the woman was saying.
"Oh wow!" The woman gasped in a high-pitched voice, pulling Jacob's hand against her extremely short dress at the junction of her thighs as she looked around. "This place is so amazing." She giggled as she jumped lightly, her ample breasts bouncing with her. "You're so lucky."
"Mhmmm." Jacob grunted, looking up and spotting Sarise. The woman turned, looking in the direction Jacob was looking.
"Oh, is this your sister?" She asked, smiling at Sarise. "She's so cute."
"I'm his mate." Sarise snapped and the woman dropped Jacob's hand, her eyes flying open as she stepped back from him.
"Ahhhh I'm gonna find the others. See you guys in there." She said quickly rushing down the corridor following the last of the group who had filtered into the house. Sarise watched her go before turning her glare to Jacob.
"Good night?" She snapped, watching as he took another sip of his beer.
"A dressing gown might have been a wise choice." Jacob stated, looking over her.
"Who is she?" Sarise demanded, growling as Jacob looked down the hallway.
"Didn't bother to get her name." Jacob answered, walking towards the stairs, putting his now empty bottle on one of the tables that stood at the base.
Sarise followed him as walked up the steps and stumbled down the hallway, shaking her head at the staff who offered to help him.
"Problem?" Jacob called as he walked past her room, heading towards his own. He stopped, pointing at her door. "This is where we say goodnight."
He blew her a kiss and turned, stumbling down the hallway, eventually using the wall to keep himself upright. Sarise rolled her eyes and stormed down the corridor towards him.
"You're pissed!" She snapped, taking his arm and wrapping it around her shoulder as she led him down the hallway.
"Doesn't happen as often as you might think." He laughed, his other hand against the wall to hold himself up as she helped him down the hallway.
"I hope you have a horrible hangover in the morning." She added and Jacob laughed.
"I dare say I will." He answered when they reached his door. "I'm fine from here."
"Shut up!" She snapped, pushing his door open and leading him into the room. She led him to the bed, letting him flop onto it and began pulling his shoes off.
"I assume there was method in your madness?" She demanded, throwing his shoes across the room before pulling his socks off.
"Nope." He answered, laughing. "Merely letting off some steam."
"And did you find your answers in the various bottles you've emptied tonight?" She demanded, going to undo his pants when he sat up quickly.
"I'm fine from here." He snapped, standing up. "You should go back to bed."
Laughter sounded from the lower levels, followed by the thumping of music as Xander cranked up the party being held. Sarise turned back to Jacob, glaring at him.
"You think I'm going to get any sleep with that going on?" She asked, watching him sway lightly and she grabbed him, lowering him onto the bed and climbing on it beside him, resting on her knees as she reached over to undo his tie.
"I assume Xander has organised himself a personal orgy down there." She added and Jacob laughed, shaking his head as she pulled his tie off.
"Xander only partakes in the company of women, not men." He answered, looking around the room. "I need another drink."
"I think you've had enough." Sarise snapped, undoing his jacket and sliding it off his frame, noting he still wore his shirt with the sleeves rolled up underneath the jacket.
"Yes mum." Jacob chuckled, grabbing her hands when she went to undo his shirt. "Honestly I'm fine."
"Would you shut up." She snapped, glaring at him and he laughed, flopping onto the bed.
"I'll let you undress me if you get me another drink." He stated and from the door a chuckle sounded.
"An invitation if ever I heard one." Xander called as he walked into the room, passing Jacob a glass of whiskey as he sat up. Sarise frowned, grabbing the glass from Jacob as he went to take a drink, earning a glare from him as she did.
"Fuck Xander, I think he's had enough." Sarise snapped, reaching over to put the drink on the beside cabinet before she climbed off the bed to stand in front of Xander.
"He hasn't had nearly enough." Xander answered and Jacob laughed, reaching over to grab the glass, earning himself a slap on the hand from Sarise.
"Get out!" She snapped at Xander, pointing towards the door. "Go and deal to the riff raff you brought back with you." Xander laughed, a laugh Jacob echoed from the bed.
"That's you told Xander." Jacob joked, grabbing the glass of whiskey and taking a sip, winking at Sarise as he did. Sarise glared at him.
"Bossy wee thing isn't she." Xander laughed, sipping his drink.
"I'm serious Xander, fuck off." Sarise snapped, folding her arms across her breasts as she glared at him, earning her a laugh from Xander.
"I'll leave you in Sarise's capable hands then." Xander laughed, bowing to Sarise as he walked towards the door. "My apologies if she kills you, old friend."
"I'll be sure to haunt you if she does." Jacob laughed, taking another sip of his whiskey and growling when Sarise took it off him.
"No more!" She snapped, putting the glass back on the beside cabinet, hearing Xander laughing as he pulled the door closed behind him.
"Spoil sport." Jacob laughed. Sarise crawled onto the bed beside him, reaching up to undo the buttons of his shirt, slapping his hands aside when he tried to stop her.
"Goddess you need a shower; you smell like a damn brewery." Sarise snapped, throwing the shirt aside and stepping off the bed.
He flopped onto the bed, laughing at her comment as she undid his pants and pulling them off him, breathing a sigh of relief that he was wearing underwear.
"Only if you join me." Jacob stated, pushing himself up on his elbows and looked around the room. "Where is my drink?"
"You've had enough." Sarise said lightly, reaching over to pull the duvet open. "You need to sleep."
"What I need is another drink." Jacob added, standing up and looking around the room again.
"Jacob, go to bed!" She snapped and squealed as he turned, wrapping his arms around her, falling onto the bed and pulling her with him so she was lying against him.
"Only if you join me." He breathed, running his hands down her back slowly. She pushed against his chest.
"You're probably too drunk to even get it up!" She snapped, growling when she couldn't get free.
"Never had that issue." He joked, smiling at her. "But I'm not going to do anything."
"I've heard that before." She snapped, hearing a growl rumble through him. "Oh, for Goddess sake will you just go to sleep!"
"Like I said, only if you join me." Jacob said again, smiling at her as he ran his hand over her face and through her hair.
"And if I don't?" She demanded, earning a laugh from him.
"I'll just come to your rooms." He said with a wink.
"Oh, for goddess sake." She snapped, slapping his chest. "Fine! Just lie down and shut up!" He chuckled, letting her go and sliding up the bed, shuffling under the covers and holding the blankets open for her.
She climbed in beside him, feeling him pull her against him the instant he dropped the covers, running his nose up her neck and in her hair as he growled lightly.
"Jacob!" She snapped and he laughed.
"I'm going to sleep mum." He chuckled, pulling her against him more before kissing her temple. "Good night Sarise."
"Shut up you drunkard!" She snapped, hearing him chuckle lightly.
