Sarise grunted, stretching and felt arms tighten around her. She over to see Jacob lying beside her, his breathing slow and regular as he slept. Grinning she pushed him onto his back, seeing his eyes fly open as she straddled him.
"Morning!" She yelled, seeing him wince.
"Damn it Sarise." He snapped, running his hand down his face.
"How's the head?" She yelled again, leaning forward and smiling at him. He slapped her arse suddenly, frowning at her.
"Just peachy." He snapped, groaning lightly as he looked at the clock by his bed. "It's too early for this shit." He grumped and Sarise laughed, jumping off him and grabbing the glass of whiskey off the beside cabinet.
"Here. Drink this." She stated, passing it to him as he slowly sat up. He lifted it to his mouth, pulling away quickly and gagging, putting it on the opposite bedside cabinet.
"Not funny!" He snapped, frowning at her as she laughed at him.
"I'm finding it hilarious." She answered in a loud voice, squealing as he pulled her onto the bed and covered her with his body.
"You're too loud this morning." He said lightly, kissing her neck a few times before rolling off her and flopping onto the bed. "Goddess my head."
"Serves you right." Sarise stated, sitting up and punching him in the stomach. He grunted, curling up slightly.
"Don't." He growled, giving her a gentle push. "I think I'm being punished enough with this hangover."
"I don't think you're being punished enough at all." She answered, giving him a quick peck on the cheek before jumping off the bed and trying to pull him up. "Now up."
"Sarise." He grunted, letting his body go limp and flopping back onto the bed, pulling her with him. "Another hour at least."
"Nope." Sarise answered, pushing herself off him and slapping his thigh. "Come on up."
"Sarise." He all but whined and she slapped his thigh again.
"You need a shower." She pointed out, grabbing his hands to pull him up again, surprised when he complied and allowed her to pull him to his feet.
"You going to join me?" He asked, swaying lightly on his feet as he clutched his head. "Goddess I need something for this headache."
"Get in the shower." Sarise stated, giving his backside a slap before turning and heading to the door. "I'll go get you something for the headache." She stopped at the door, turning to see he was sitting on the bed. "You get back into bed Jacob and I'll throw a bucket of cold water over you."
"I'm up, I'm up." He growled lightly, standing and walking towards the bathroom, throwing insults at her as he did. She laughed, walking from the room and down the corridor as she headed to the kitchen.
One her way she stopped to look into the main lounge, seeing people lying on the couches, bottles and glasses strewn everywhere, the smell of alcohol, sweat and sex drenching the room. Cursing Xander she pulled the door closed, walking to the kitchens and grabbed a glass of orange juice along with some Panadol before walking back to Jacob's rooms.
Pushing the door open she could hear the shower still going and put the glass on the bedside cabinet, placing the two pills beside it before she grabbed his discarded whiskey from the night before and walked into the bathroom. Jacob stood in the shower, back to her as he pressed his head against the wall, the water running down his body.
"You asleep in there?" She asked, tipping the whiskey in the sink, admiring the lean lines of his body that were reflected in the mirror.
"No, just dead." Jacob grunted, not moving from his position. "Did you get something for this damn headache?"
"On the beside cabinet." She answered, giggling at the state of him. "The main lounge is full of Xander's off casts." Jacob grunted his response. "I'm going to go have a shower and get dressed. I'll be back once I'm done." He grunted again. "I swear Jacob you go back to bed..."
"Yep got it, bucket of cold water." He answered, looking over his shoulder at her. "You're an asshole you know that."
She laughed, blowing him a kiss before walking from the room and heading to her own; quickly showering and dressing in a pair of jeans and white tee shirt before she walked to the guest room.
Pressing her ear to the door to make sure there was no sound from inside she pushed the door open, grunting at the clothing and bottles that were strewn around the room.
Xander lay on the bed, a woman curled up on either side of him, snoring lightly as he slept. Sarise walked across the room, pulling the curtains open quickly, throwing a shoe at Xander as she walked around to pull the other curtains open.
"Fuck sakes Sarise!" Xander grumped from the bed, running his hand down his face and glaring at her as the women at his sides moaned lightly, rubbing up against him.
"Wakey, wakey." She called, smiling at him.
"Goddess go and annoy Jacob." He groaned and she reached across the bed, slapping his cheek lightly.
"Jacob is already up." She answered, giving his cheek one last rough slap. "I expect you up in an hour or I'll come back in here with a bucket of water and throw it over the three of you." She turned walking towards the door. "Also clean up that mess in the main lounge." Xander grunted.
"Sod off!" He snapped as she pulled the door closed, laughing as she walked down the hallway, seeing Madam Hesson walking down the corridor.
"Luna." She called as Sarise walked up.
"Margaret." She said with a smile, glancing at the door. "Is it possible to do Jacob's rooms a little later today? He's not in good form this morning." Madam Hesson laughed lightly, nodding.
"Also." Sarise answered, looking down the hallway. "Can you come find me if Alpha Xander doesn't appear in an hour. I promised him a bucket of cold water if he wasn't up, showered and sorting that mess in the main lounge in an hour." Madam Hesson laughed again.
"Of course, Luna." She answered as Sarise pushed the door open and walked into Jacob's rooms.
Jacob was flopped on the bed, wrapped in a towel with his legs hanging over the edge. Sarise flung the door shut, letting it slam and Jacob sat up quickly, looking around the room.
"I'm up, I'm up." He cried in panic, looking over to see Sarise smiling at him. He groaned, flopping back onto the bed.
"Did you take the Panadol?" She asked, walking across the room and noted the Panadol was gone along with the orange juice. She turned, seeing his eyes were closed and give his leg a kick. "Jacob!"
"Shhh." He said lightly, opening one eye to look at her before he groaned and sat up, clutching his head.
"You're such a baby." Sarise laughed, walking to the wardrobe. "What do you want to wear today."
"Just my underwear, in bed while I sleep some more." Jacob called from the bedroom and Sarise laughed.
"Afraid not love." She called, grabbing some clothing off the racks for him, deciding on a blue tee shirt and pair of jeans as she walked back into the bedroom. He was up, standing in a pair of trunks underwear he'd obviously just put on as he lowered himself onto the bed.
"You look like shit." Sarise stated, laughing when he looked up to glare at her. "Don't glare at me Jacob, you decided to write yourself off last night."
"Why do I have to be up so bloody early?" He snapped, flopping back onto the bed and wincing as he clutched his head. "I'd let you sleep if you'd been out all night."
"Like hell you would." She laughed, slapping his thigh. He opened one eye, looking at her as a smile spread across his face.
"You're right, I probably wouldn't." He answered, sitting up quickly, grabbing her and pulling her to him as he flopped back onto the bed. "Although I may have considered being nice if the occasion every occurred, now however." He added, nipping her neck.
She sighed lightly as he ran his hands up her hips, under her tee shirt before he grunted, falling back onto the bed and reaching up to clutch his head.
"Too hungover to even make out love?" She asked, laughing as she pushed herself off him. "Here, get dressed or do you want me to dress you like the big baby you are?"
Jacob grunted, pushing himself off the bed and grabbing the clothing from Sarise, pulling them on. He stretched slowly, walking across the room towards the door.
"No shoes today?" She asked, laughing lightly as he pulled the finger at her as he walked out. She followed him out, seeing Madam Hesson laughing at him as he walked down the hallway.
"Good morning Alpha." She called.
"What's so bloody good about it." He groaned, clutching his head as he walked past her. Sarise giggled, stopping beside Madam Hesson as Jacob walked down the corridor.
"No sign of Alpha Xander yet?" She asked and Madam Hesson shook her head. "I'll make sure Jacob gets something to eat and be back." She added.
"I believe the chef has cooked suitable hangover food this morning." Madam Hesson said lightly and Sarise laughed, walking down the hallway.
"I would have served them cold toast." She joked, bounding down the stairs and smiling at the staff as she wandered through the house to the dining room.
Carmen was already inside, giggling at her brother who sat in his chair, head on the table and eyes closed. Sarise smiled as she walked up, sitting beside him and grabbing a glass of water, pouring some over his head. Jacob sat up quickly, glaring at her.
"For fuck sakes Sarise." He snapped, wiping the water off the back of his neck and shaking the water from his hair before he clutched it in pain. From the other side of the table Carmen laughed, earning a glare from her brother.
"Remind me to do this to you the next time you go out." Jacob grumped, putting his head back on the table.
"Jacob." Sarise laughed, unable to put on a strict tone. His hand came up as he pulled the finger at her again. Around them the staff chuckled as the put the serving plates on the table.
"Orange juice Alpha?" One of the serving girls asked, trying to suppress her laughter.
"Leave the whole carafe." Jacob answered, not lifting his head from the table. "And can you find some more Panadol please?" Sarise giggled, watching as he raised his head to look at her.
"I will get payback." He stated, sitting up and grabbing the carafe, pouring a glass and grabbing it, sculling it back and pouring another.
"Bit dehydrated there Jacob?" Sarise laughed and he pulled the fingers at her again while finishing his second glass. "Such a grump when you're hungover."
"He always has been." Carmen added from across the table, laughing when Jacob glared at her as more Panadol was brought in. Sarise looked at the serving girl.
"Can you bring some more through?" She asked, standing and putting her napkin on the table. "I believe it was time Xander was up." She added, walking from the room.
Jacob watched her leave, groaning as he leaned back in the chair as he looked over the food spread out before him. His stomach churned when he thought about eating and he turned to the serving girl, asking for another carafe of orange juice to be brought to the table.
He was pouring the last of the orange juice from the carafe he had when a deafening roar resounded through the mansion. Carmen looked up, her eyes going wide in fear and Jacob realised it was the roar of an Alpha.
He groaned, what in the Goddesses name had Sarise done to Xander. The staff in the room looked at the ceiling, shaking lightly as more roars resounded through the mansion, getting closer with every passing second.
Without warning the door flew open and Sarise ran in, her bare feet slapping against the wooden floor as she laughed loudly, running up to Jacob and hiding behind his chair.
Right behind her an enraged Xander slid into the room, his left hand holding a sheet that was wrapped around his lower body, water dripping from him as his eyes blazed silver, his breath ragged as he glared down the room towards her.
"For fuck sakes Sarise." Xander roared, flicking water off his free arm as he stormed towards her.
"I did warn you." Sarise laughed, yelping when Xander walked up and slammed his free hand on the table where she normally sat.
"You're all too fucken loud." Jacob grumped, looking up at Xander. "For Goddess sake get your wolf under control and get some clothes on."
"Your fucken mate!" Xander snapped, looking at Jacob before glaring at Sarise. "Threw a bucket of cold water on me!"
Carmen burst into laughter on the other side of the table, poking her tongue at Xander when he glared at her. Around them the room burst into stifled giggles and Xander glared at them, instantly silencing them.
"Don't intimidate my staff." Sarise laughed, sliding from behind Jacob's chair, being careful to make sure Jacob was between her and the enraged Power Alpha. "I told you what I'd do if you weren't up in an hour."
"I'm fucken soaked!" Xander snapped and Sarise put her hands on her hips.
"It's a good thing you were naked and I didn't wreak your pretty suit." She pointed out, giggling again when he growled at her.
"I'll remember this!" Xander snapped, turning and walking down the dining room, growling when the sheet slipped to show his naked backside. He stopped, cursing as he adjusted the sheet, glaring back at Sarise who stood clutching her stomach as she laughed before he stormed from the room.
"Xander will have your head for this." Jacob pointed out, looking up and smiling at her as she doubled over with laughter.
"You should have seen it." She laughed. "I got him with the whole bucket, it like slapped onto him like a dead fish and he woke up with this look of total horror on his face." She clutched her stomach as she continued to laugh. "I've never seen anyone so angry." She wiped the tears from her eyes, glancing at Carmen and bursting into laughter again as Carmen joined in.
"He looked absolutely livid." Carmen laughed, glancing towards the door. "What did he do when he realised what you'd done?" Sarise laughed.
"I wasn't stupid enough to stick around." She laughed and Jacob groaned, grabbing her and pulling her around to sit on his lap as she continued to laugh.
"I got the fuck outta there the instant he sat up." She laughed again, clutching her stomach. "I don't think I've ever run so fast in my life."
"He's going to be pissed when he comes down here." Jacob pointed out and Sarise laughed even harder.
"Well it's not like he can go back to bed." She answered, breaking into laughter again. "It's totally saturated." She wiped her eyes again as more tears ran down her cheeks.
"I think we may need to replace the mattress." She added, looking at the frown on Jacob's face and burst into laughter again. "You two are priceless you know that." She laughed and he shook his head at her.
"Revenge is a dish best served cold." He pointed out and a growl rumbled down the dining room as Xander walked in, pulling a tee shirt on as he did.
"I agree." He growled, clutching his head as he walked to the chair Sarise normally sat in. "Got some..." Jacob slid some pills across the table to him. "A carafe of juice please." He said to one of the servants, grabbing Sarise's glass of water and putting the pills in his mouth, swallowing them.
"Where are you friends?" Sarise giggled, earning a frown from Xander.
"Dressing." He growled, looking at the food on the table and grabbing a slice of bacon. "I believe they're coming down for breakfast."
"I must say Xander, you do look like a drowned rat this morning." Sarise said lightly and Xander put his fingers into a glass of water, flicking it at her causing her to laugh.
"My fucken head is killing me." Xander grumped, throwing the bacon onto the plate in front of him as a carafe of juice was placed before him. He looked up at Sarise, patting the seat beside him. "Why don't you come sit here next to me sweetness?" Sarise snorted.
"Uh-huh coz I'm that stupid." She answered, leaning against Jacob and blowing a kiss to Xander "I think I'm quite happy here." Xander laughed.
"Lucky your mate is hungover." He pointed out, emptying his glass of orange juice and pouring another. "I doubt he even has the energy to lift his orange juice to his mouth let along try and follow through with you wriggling your little ass on his lap like that." Jacob pulled the finger at him.
"Enough energy to flip you the bird." Jacob added, leaning back and closing his eyes. "Goddess I need more sleep." Xander smiled, turning as two women walked in giggling as they did.
"Ladies." Xander called, putting a finger to his lips lightly. "Keep it down, our esteemed host is a little under the weather today." He glanced at Jacob. "Hangovers get worse as you get older." Jacob only moved to pulled the finger with his right hand at Xander again before putting his hand on Sarise's thigh.
"By the way Xander, you need to sort out the riff raff in the main lounge once you've had breakfast." Sarise stated, trying to control her laughter as Xander drank his second glass of juice only to pour another.
"Have the staff do it like they always do." He answered, grabbing his bacon again.
"No." Sarise snapped and he looked at her. "You two brought them here, you can both get rid of them." Xander raised his eyebrows, looking at Jacob who had opened one eye to look at Sarise.
"Your Luna is a spoil sport you know that." Xander grumped and at the table the two women gasped, looking at Sarise as Jacob chuckled lightly.
"Luna?" One breathed, standing quickly and curtseying, her dress riding up as she did. Xander cocked his head to one side trying to look up her dress more and Sarise threw a bread roll at him.
"Down boy!" She snapped at Xander, laughing as he attempted to give her an innocent look.
"Forgive us Luna." The second breathed, bowing her head.
"It's not your fault." Sarise answered, smiling at them before looking at Xander. "It's the silver eyed douche bag over there's fault."
"Why am I getting the blame?" Xander laughed, looking at Jacob. "I didn't hear you complaining."
"I wasn't." Jacob laughed, grunting when Sarise punched his arm.
"I'm blaming you because Jacob hasn't done anything like this since I arrived." Sarise pointed out. "As soon as you're here he's off binge drinking, coming home at stupid hour of the morning with a bevy of bitches in tow." She looked at the two girls. "No offence."
"Or maybe his Luna has that leash shoved so far up his ass and he can only act out when I'm here to stick up for his manhood." Xander replied and Sarise threw another bread roll at him, punching Jacob when he laughed.
"Ouch, careful with me love I'm hungover!" Jacob laughed, pulling her down and giving her a peck on the cheek.
"Whoops look out." Xander laughed, grabbing another piece of bacon. "Looks like he might be feeling better."
"Fuck off Xander." Sarise laughed, throwing another bread roll at him. Xander caught it easily, lifting it up and nodding in thanks to her.
"Thanks." He called, pulling it open and grabbing the butter. "So, once I've cleared my bevy of bitches." He looked at the girls, nodding towards Sarise. "Her words not mine." He added and turned to Sarise and Jacob. "What's the plan?"
"I plan to be hungover and complain loudly all day." Jacob replied, leaning back in the chair, closing his eyes again.
"I thought we might go to the pool." Xander stated, putting some bacon and eggs into his bun. "It's been a while since I just lounged around it. I could drown your Luna, by accident of course." He added with a smile and Sarise picked up a butter knife, admiring it.
"I could castrate you." She offered, smiling at him. "On purpose of course." Carmen laughed, looking at Xander.
"I just heard a thousand hearts break." She joked and Xander looked at her, winking.
"Enough outta you small fry." He laughed, throwing a bread roll at her, causing her to laugh even louder.
"I heard the sigh of relief from a thousand fathers." Jacob added from the chair, opening one eye to look a Xander before he closed it again, causing the Power Alpha to laugh.
"In all seriousness." Xander added, taking a bit of his bun. "We still have that matter to attend to."
"Goddess don't talk with your mouthful." Sarise grumped, rolling her eyes and receiving a slap on the backside from Jacob. She glared at him and Xander laughed lightly.
"I reckon you roll your eyes knowing he hates it just so he'll give you those little love taps." Xander stated, smiling at Sarise when she frowned at him, before turning to the two women at the table.
"I assume you'll need transportation back to the city?" She asked and the two girls blushed, nodding lightly. "I'll have Xander organise his driver to take you. I'm sure he won't mind." Sarise added, blowing him a kiss when he frowned at her.
"Seriously Jacob, can you get a refund on your mate?" Xander joked and Jacob laughed, earning another punch from Sarise. He groaned, looking at Sarise as he ran his hand up and down her thigh.
"Honestly, wounded Alpha here." He laughed.
"Self-induced." She replied, smiling at him. "No sympathy offered."
