I watched the thunderstorm as tiny water droplets trickled down the glass window of my apartment. It began quietly, and with nothing visible except tall dark clouds. There was a murmur of thunder as I stared at the horizon.
I shuddered and curled into a ball. Clutching my blanket tightly, I squeezed my eyes shut and whimpered.

Flashback:
"Get away from me!" I hissed as he pushed me against the wall harshly.
He placed an arm on the wall behind me and trapped me using his legs.
"We're just getting started baby girl," He whispered into my ear, nibbling on my earlobe.
A chill ran down my spine as soon as his cold fingers trailed down my figure and came in contact with my now exposed waist.
I fidgeted under his grip and kicked my feet on the ground.
"Please, let me go!" I pleaded as warm tears started rolling down my cheeks.
Lightning flashed and thunder roared from time to time. The rain, driven by strong wind lashed against the window.
I squeezed my eyes shut and prayed for this moment to end.

I sprang out of bed breathing heavily and my eyes shot open.
I snapped my head towards the clock sitting on my bed side table.
5:45
Curling my toes in my socks and flicking my gaze towards the window, I noticed that the thunderstorm had come to a halt now.
There were no clouds in the sky and the air was very calm.
I breathed out and stepped out of bed
I heard my phone ringing from under my pillow and pulled it out lazily.
"hello? Somi here."
"Dude it's me Jisoo."
All the anxiety drained out of me and I smiled brightly as soon as I heard my best friend's name.
"Jisoo unnie! When are you coming over? I miss you so much."
"Haha I called to inform you that I'll be coming to Seoul to meet you!"
"Oh my god!! I'm so excited."
I squealed and my mouth formed a huge grin, my pearly whites on display.
"Also, save this number on your phone this is my new one."
"Yeah I'll do that after this call." I said waving my hand in the air dismissively
"So tell me about all what's been going on."
"Okay so where do I start..."

After a long rant about Jungkook, Jennie and about my colleagues being Taehyung's roommates, my stomach growled and I ended the call.
