2:00 am, yes I just woke up, I can't really sleep until a thought pop up. I got up and went to my closet, there was a compartment where there was a box full of random things but there were memories it was full of polaroids.
The first thing I really noticed was the black bracelet you gave me and I wore it. I just stared at it and I remembered.
Flashback
The bus stopped and we quickly got out and were greeted by a youth pastor, "Hey welcome campers! I know you are excited about the activities but of course we have a rule here, this is the buddy system so. FIND YOUR BUDDY", then my fellow campers to find a buddy. Meanwhile, I was standing and watching that little by little everyone had a buddy until someone approached me, "Hey you don't have a buddy yet? Can I be your buddy?", I just nodded because I was still very shy.
The youth pastor turned on the mic, "Alright it looks like everyone has a buddy, so you should get to know", the noise gradually increased and I was just quiet.
He tapped me on the shoulder, "Hey you are quiet..you're new here right?", I just nodded and smiled a little. "By the way, don't worry this is my 3rd time here so no worries", then he starts asking questions and so do I and we instantly became close. That's where polaroids enter.

I knock back to reality when my cellphone rang and I changed his contact name.
Brother Maximus
; Hello?
: Let's talk Kian
;Where? What time?
: Now in court
; Court?
: The basketball court here, airbrain

He hung up. Him using Airbrain as a teasing word, pissed off, but now it didn't mean anything, now it hurts. Well at least, I remember that.
I immediately went to that court and when I arrived he was already there. My knees were shaking as I approached him because later he was with Ethan.
"Hey", I said and he immediately turned around. His face is emotionless but his eyes are on ranging fire. "It's good you're here".
I remained standing as he stared at me from head to toe. Then he breaks the silence when he saw the bracelet he gave me, "You are so sentimental man", I just nodded.
"There, the former Kian who is shy, now I know your true color. Such an airbrain and a liar. What do you plan for us?", He crossed his arms and I just look down
Until he lifted my head and grip onto my neck, "Why aren't you talking? Because it's true, you lied to me, and lied to Ethan. Then you're still insulting us, why are you still calling me brother, Brother? Then you say, it's my fault. WOW! Your cleanliness, Brother! You do not deserve me and I do not deserve a lying airbrain friend", he throws me to the ground while I'm chasing my breath. "I'm sorry Derick", his fist starts to form. "Eat the sorry it came from your dirty mouth", then got to his bike and went off. Tears starts to form while I slowly get up and went home.
