Chapter 80 - Comparison

Moon Young Jae had a great meal, but he felt like something was missing. Even though the food he had was delicious, he was not satisfied. He knew his previous meals were prepared by Wang Min Jun, and the current meal was from Kang Chin Mae house chef. The food was indeed delicious and top-notch. But he felt it blurred in comparison with Min Jun's cooking. 

Naengmyeon was delicious with long, thin noodles, topped with Korean pear, beef slices, cucumbers and boiled egg. The cold noodles were made of buckwheat, potato cooked in the beef broth. The mouth-watering smell did entice Min Jun, but it failed to make his heart feel content.

The soft tofu stew was warm and spicy. A large bowl of sundubu-jjigae (soft tofu stew) with lots of vegetables, mushrooms, beef, and chilli paste (gochujang). Moon Chin Hae added the raw egg before serving the stew. It was flavourful, and Min Jun did eat two more spoons of rice with the yummy delicacy.
