The hotel management feast was a grand affair in the department. They invited various chefs and esteemed businessmen who run multiple hotel chains. The department tried hard to provide an opportunity to their students to be apprentices to renowned chefs and have internship opportunities in the hotels.
The University invest lots of energy in it, and the inauguration event starts with the top students giving their signature dishes to the invited chef's. After that, all the small booths set by the students would be open with various cuisines. The invited dignities visit each stall and try these foods.
Even though many chefs do not visit all the stalls, they find promising apprentices in the event, especially in the kitchen.
Moon Sa Na had always been the class topper and their class's queen of making desserts. So she was in charge of making and serving the dessert.
