I watched his dark and very sad face while not knowing what to say. It seemed he was recalling intense events, and I could easily recognize the pain he was suffering from.
The pain of the soul was always the most brutal of all kinds of pain. However before I could figure out something to console him, he took a deep and long breath before looking me in the eye.
"Things in my world are slightly different from yours. See... here we don't have age differences or a hierarchy line up to the throne."
"Oh, I didn't know that," I said in realization before I realized I still didn't get what he really meant. I was so busy with his handsome face more than his words actually. "What do you mean by these differences?"
"Like in your case the oldest son gets the throne, or the husband of the princess like you, right?"
