I glanced at the horse with a weird expression, feeling odd towards it. I really liked horses and playing with them, but this horse seemed simply… queer!
"Listen," I whispered softly like the ones who made such a deep wound to this rider was close, "over there is a shack, you can use it to hide with your owner."
I said and turned to leave, back to the wall, in much urge and hurry as possible. Every passing second was really stressful, driving me nervous; I had never been so nervous ever in my life!
"Neigh!"
That horse neighed, loudly like it was screaming: here she is, I found her! I turned to glance at it, and it gave me a very wise and cunning human-like look; this horse was really peculiar!
"I C A N' T T A K E Y O U W I T H M E!"
I said, slowly and stressing over every single letter of my words, hoping this stubborn horse would understand!
"Neigh!"
"Sigh, I tell you friend, I don't speak the horse language so I will just take you to the shack and leave," I helplessly shook my head, as this stupid horse persisted on coming with me. I held its bridle along with my own, and went towards the almost there shack.
However that horse didn't move for a single hoove!
"What are you doing?!" I gritted my teeth, trying to control the utmost anger, as I whispered, in a loud angry tone, to this horse, trying to drive it to move.
"Neigh Neigh!"
He neighed twice, while raising its head high, trying to break free its bridle off my grasp. I really really had it all with this horse; I threw the cold leather on the ground, stamped my steps hard like I was crushing a coconut, jumped over the back of my horse, and rode it fast out of the woods, heading directly towards the hole in the wall.
"Neigh!"
"Oh my gosh!" I shouted while entering the tunnel, as I heard that stupid loud neigh of the horse just at my back! I turned sharply and was almost about to fall, but I controlled myself fast, evading such a deadly fall.
"What brought you here, stupid horse?!!"
As said these words, the horse didn't make a sound, as it turned its head to motion to the unconscious rider on its back.
"I know he is wounded, you should bring him to the shack there and let him rest to heal."
Whom I was going to fool! That stupid horse was much wicked than my own father! The funniest thing ever was that I tried to reason with a horse; damn me!
As expected, it didn't budge an inch, and I honestly felt helpless, surrendered to the current situation; announcing my defeat to a mere horse!
"Alright, come silently and never make a sound," I said, while turning to look forward, moving fast towards the exit of the tunnel. That horse and its unconscious rider were just following me, silently without making a single sound that I even had to steal a glance; a couple of times to the back, making sure they both were still there.
The next issue I had was much complicated, where should I leave that sticky horse and its foolish owner?
The answer was simple, as I knew no hidden place but it! I glanced again towards that sleepy wounded rider, his face was totally covered with the back and neck muscles of this horse.
"Will the girls be acceptable to that? or they will make a fuss and trouble?" I muttered to myself, while leading the way, fast, running faster than ever, back towards my mansion; fearing for anyone to spot me by any chance.
"Forget it, they never saw a knight before, I will just pretend he is a knight of my entourage, found wounded on the outer side of the wall," I muttered, in a decisive strong tone, as if I was trying to convince myself to believe such a silly lie! I was always a fool when coming to lying and scheming; not like my dear father; not like everyone in my palace.
