I was left flabbergasted after that. That tall guy, who I didn't even know the name, walked away and his disciples eyed me before following him. I could literally feel my knees weakened just by the sudden light contact between his soft red lips and my cheeks. Why is my heart beating so fast?
I blinked twice trying to digest everything into my system. When I realized what just happened, anger started boiling inside of me like a hot water. I suddenly realized that he's really arrogant! What's his deal?! I can't believe I was fascinated for even a short moment! Seriously, what is wrong with you, Portia?
I shook my head in disbelief before deciding to just continue walking towards my first period. I might arrive late if I continue ranting to myself here. I probably won't run into that guy again as this University is really big so I guess I shouldn't include him to my problems, right?
I nodded to myself and started walking a little faster than the usual. I checked the rooms carefully and sighed when I finally reached the right one. I entered the room and gladly, the professor is still not here. He'll probably not attend today since it's the first day of the semester but still, it's better safe than sorry.
I sat at last row beside the window. This might not be a good decision as I easily gets distracted and I might space out every now and then as I stare at the soccer field which is visible from my position.
I suddenly remembered what happened earlier in the filed. That... that kiss on the cheek. It was really electrifying. I don't know but his voice sent shivers down my spine and his lips froze me in the spot. Just... who the hell is he?
As I was busy thinking about him, I suddenly saw him and his pets enter the room. They're following him like he's some kind of a king and they're his servants. My eyes widened when I realized that he's really inside the room. What? Are we classmates for the first period? Damn. Just when J thought I'll never gonna see him again, here he is, scanning the whole room for a good place to sit.
I covered my face with the palm of my hands unconsciously when I saw him almost looking at my direction. He probably won't remember me, right? He looks like a very important person to even pay attention to someone like me.
I slowly removed my hands from my face only to see him looking at him with a smirk plastered on his face. I stopped on my tracks and froze once again. I felt the lump in my throat and my system started panicking when he walked towards me.
I glanced at the seat beside me, and to my luck, of course, no one is sitting there. The seat in front of me was also vacant. I'm literally by myself here!
The guy is standing beside me already still looking at me. I refused to look back at him and just stared outside the window.
"Is this seat taken?" I heard his jaw-dropping voice again. I didn't answer and just continued pretending like I did not know he was talking to me. I could feel my heart beating so fast again. It's getting abnormal.
"Is this seat taken?" He repeated in a more authorative voice.
"Zico, there are more vacant seats there—"
"I want this seat." He cut off whoever that girl is. So his name is Zico, huh? Even his name is so handsome.
"Why are you not answering me?" He asked again. He's probably talking to me again. I sighed and looked at him. He smirked when our eyes met. I suddenly looked away feeling uncomfortable with his gaze.
"Do you see anybody seating there?" I asked lazily.. His brows furrowed but he's still smirking. That made him look even hotter than he already is. Really, Portia?
"No." He said in a playful tone.
"Then I guess it's not taken." I said and looked outside again. But the deafening silence across the room made me looked back at him.
His eyes were fixated at the seat in front of me and he has this amused and shocked reaction in his face. Our other classmates as well as his disciples are also looking at me like I just killed someone. What?
I could see their jaws almost dropping to the ground when this Zico guy pulled the chair beside me and sat on it. I also looked at him in disbelief. He really sat there!
Two of his disciples, which are both handsome as well, walked towards us. One of them sat on the chair in front of me and the other one sat in front of Zico. The girl, who I think was talking to him a while ago, approached me as well. She stared at me like she wants to pick a fight so I returned the favor. I also stared at her the same way she did to me. She scoffed before rolling her eyes at me.
"Move." She commanded. All eyes were on us now. Zico was still looking at me while his two male friends are exchanging glances.
I don't like her bossy attitude but I dislike being next to Zico more so I didn't argue anymore and just stood up to leave the best spot. I was about to walk away when I heard Zico's authorative voice again.
"Sit down." I thought he was talking to the girl because he's not looking at me so I didn't sit and was about to walk away again when he held my wrist.
"Did I not tell you to sit down?" He firmly said before turning his gaze to me.
"What are you doing, Zico?" The girl asked in disbelief. She even dramatically held her chest like she can never believe what she was seeing.
"Sit elsewhere, Donna. She's sitting here." Zico turned to her and coldly said that. Donna was left with no other choice but to marched away and sit in another chair.
"And you, sit down." He pulled me down making me sit down the chair again. I gulped when he finally released my wrist. The two guys in front of us smirked at me before turning their back on us.
"Why are you doing this?" I can't help but asked Zico. He looked at me and raised his eyebrows before smirking again.
"This isn't me. This is fate."
