This day, February 9th, in Japan was the last for a man named Jon Kim. He was a normal offce worker until February 6th.

This happened to be the unfortunate day he was kidnapped and tortured by the mafia to set an example to the world. His brutal experience was televised so others could see what the consequences would be if they too offended the mafia.

As he laid on a cold concrete floor in an abandoned warehouse, waiting for his final moments to be over, he begged the gods "This isn't the way I wanted to die, please give me another chance to live." As he pleaded for his life, he opened his eyes and exhaled his final breath.

Some how instantaneously he appeared to be some where above the clouds and his wounds didn't hurt anymore. Finally after 3 grueling days of being beat, he was no loner in pain.

He was confused, the only thing he could see for miles was pure white and a small wooden table. With what appeared to be an old man who was staring at him at the other end of the table.

The old man finally spoke after what seemed an eternity "So you want another chance at life huh."

"Yes!" Jon exclaimed. The old man smiled then said "Here take this trinket and never take it off or lose it".

A beautiful silver collar with a large ruby encrusted in a silver pendant. There is three diamonds on each side of the ruby, on the silver collar, that sparkled with such brightness that Jon had to close his eyes at the sight.

Once he could see again, he took the trinket. He noticed an encryption on the back. After further inspection he notice it was two sayings along with what looked to be an origami fox shape in the center. The first one says "Wake from death and return to life. As he read the first saying, it looked as if the origami fox nodded his head. The second part read "Different body same Mind" This time the fox appeared as if it had a wagging tail.

Taken back from the sight of the origami fox he heard the old man's voice once again. Jon quickly put the trinket around his neck. As soon as he looked up to thank the old man he was gone.

In a split second, he was back to what he thought was his world.

Jon is now sitting in a cave with a red screen in front of him. But there was no screen, this was a projection coming from in front of him. He looks down at what is projecting the screen and sees the ruby glowing! This is what is projecting the screen.

He finally looks back up to read what it says "New host calculating new name please wait...".

He was confused at what the screen was talking about. What did it mean new name? Was Jon not Jon no more? That is his name, a name given to him by his parents at birth. Of course he is Jon. He had several questions popping into his head. One after the other, with each new one he had no answers.

With his thoughts running a mile a minute he suddenly feels a vibration around his neck. Then the screen changed suddenly pulling him out his trance. Thinking he might get his answers now. The screen in front of him read..
