Chapter 175 - I’ll Defeat Myself: Alice

An almost endless amount of ice shards smashed against Alice's shield. Despite the power enhancement Alice had put on it, the shield looked like it would break at any given moment.

"I think I've waited long enough." Alice said, pointing towards the shapeshifter.

The shield in front of her shattered into hundreds of tiny pieces. Despite breaking, the small shards still stayed in the air. The shards began to spit, getting faster and faster with each rotation. Alice snapped her fingers and gave the shapeshifter a cocky wink.

"Counter!"

The shards began launching themselves at the shapeshifter at extreme speeds. With how fast the shards were coming, the shapeshifter couldn't create any cover in time.

"I've got something interesting to show you!" Alice yelled, running towards the shapeshifter.

Alice's arms suddenly began to emit electricity on one arm, her other arm began to grow ice on top.

"Dual Spell: Fist of Lightning and Ice!"

Alice swung the arm emitting electricity first, hitting the shapeshifter right into Alice's other fist. The second hit sent the shapeshifter backwards, bouncing off the water a couple times before finally stopping.

Alice readied another spell as the shapeshifter struggled to pick itself up off the ground. Alice raised her left arm which caused an iceberg to emerge from the water and fling the shapeshifter back into the air.

A yellow magic ring appeared above the shapeshifter giving it only a second to realize what was about to happen next.

"O God of Lightning, grant me the power to strike and finish my opponent! Electric Impact: Form Three." Alice chanted her spell.

A giant bolt of lightning struck down on the shapeshifter, sending it right back down into the ground. All that was left of the shapeshifter was a burnt body.

"Maybe I overdid it a little." Alice said, rubbing the back of her head.

The area around Alice suddenly began to shine brightly, causing her to cover her eyes. Alice knew what this bright light meant and began to smile.

When the light faded, the area she was in wasn't back outside. Instead of being outside like she expected, all she saw was more white void, all be it a little different from the last one.

"Alice? How the hell'd you get here?" John said, sitting next to a defeated shapeshifter.
