She went to professor Kapoor's home . She rang the bell .Mangal auntie opened the door for her.
Mangal auntie is the maid working for Kapoor couple since 10 years . She was humble , modest and polite lady. She knew about her master's pampered child Divya and hence welcomed her heartily .
As soon as D entered the living room , she was greeted my pillow flying at her face . She caught it with ease , as if it was every day occurrence. Her Professor Kapoor who was of her father's age was again throwing childish tantrum . She was so very familiar with it.
She went inside put the pillow on the sofa and without looking at the elephant in the room, turned to Mrs. Kapoor , Aai where's my room?
Mrs. Kapoor gazed at the girl lovingly with and pointed towards the room on the second floor," Your room is as it is , pillu "
D smiled and went upstairs to unpack her luggage.
D wasn't new to this place , she had lived with them in the past for short time. The house was simple two floored building with small garden outside the house . It has living room , kitchen and small lobby with swing facing the garden outside on ground floor and 3 bedrooms and study on the second floor . One of the bedroom was converted into library of medical by Professor Kapoor.
When D went upstairs, professor Kapoor glared at his wife . His wife looked up and stopped knitting, asked ,"What ?" with frown on her face .
Professor Kapoor turned into bunny when his wife looked at him ,"w..wh.....why did you ...."
Mrs. Kapoor asked with her frown deepening,"Why what ??"
Mr. Kapoor swallowed his complaints ," No, nothing. it's just I was saying she didn't even greet me ."
Mrs. Kapoor knew her husband's childishness so she harshly said ,"Why would she have to greet you ? Besides she must be tired let her rest ."
Mrs. Kapoor was also angry at her husband, coz he was not telling D about 'His' whereabouts even though he knew.
