"Anything?" Bianca asked.
"Not since the car turned away" Destiny muttered as she strained her neck to see the road behind them. The car had left a while back, and they hadn't seen it since. Fuel was also low and Bianca knew they'd have to stop soon enough.
She turned into a crowded petrol station, and got out herself, making sure that no one was watching them.
Destiny bit her nails nervously and looked around. People in other vehicles were laughing and talking to each other. It seemed like they had come from a long road trip. Destiny almost looked dull when she realized that that was what she was supposed to look like, carefree and happy. Instead, here she was running away from some weird killer and hadn't eaten a bite since the night before.
She watched Bianca fill the fuel and pay before reentering," Let's go get ourselves some guns"
