Having just planned and implemented their punishment, education can't wait. Feeling up their wands, Helena and Willow make their way hand in hand toward the office of their mother.
They have three days left until the students arrive, so until then they have to cram the basics of using magic.
Arriving at the statue, Willow and Helena aren't surprised to see their mother already waiting for them. "Hurry up, I don't have all day" Rowena says with a stoic face, while her hands are trembling.
'She must be mad we're late' Willow thought. While internally another battle was going on. 'Why are they so adorable, walking hand in hand. I won't show it! Don't show it! Be the most amazing mother I can be!'. Rowena's hands where trembling trying to hold back her inner doting motherly smile. For she will never allow others to see her smiling like an idiot Gryffindor.
"As strong as love, more dangerous than death, for I am hate" The statue moves as they make their way upstairs. They walk in an office that looks more like a library as the room is filled with hundreds of bookcases. The room, despite being in the top of a tower, looks like a maze. For there are more books than the eyes can see. Books can be seen as a spiraling stairs heads up and down. 'How many levels does this room have' Willow wonders as she is eagerly awaiting to read every last one of the books.
Rowena waves her wand, waking Willow up from her dream and whipping away her drool. The bookcases move into the walls as a wide area is created. Alchemy patterns are seen across the now clear floor. Golden lines and circles can be seen spread around the room. It appears the whole room is a Alchemy formula. But what it is for, Willow will probably never know.
"Now stand in front of me. I'll only explain it once". Rowena declared as she moves toward the mid the formation.
"A part of this formation will help you grow in the way of magic, in what way it works and how I came up with it is not of importance. Now look closely" Rowena moves her wand in a intricate way as she motions Willow and Helena to copy her movements.
"This spell will be your greatest defense, I don't expect you to learn it right away. But at least before you enter the fifth year of Hogwarts. Watch closely"
"Protego Diabollica" Rowena softly mutters as blue flames appear wherever her wand goes. A Big circle surrounds them as Rowena completes her movements.
"This spell is called Protego Diabollica, a protective spell. It will protect you en whomever you deem you friend. While it burns away whatever enemy it touches."
Rowena moves her wand once more as she manipulates the fire to move in the directions she wants, making it curl, bend and stretch. As she relaxes her hand, the fire disappears completely.
"For you homework next couple of weeks I want you to learn the spells contained in this book. Try to learn by yourself first. If you still don't get it, you can help each other. You can ask me or your uncles of aunt last. Try to be creative and use your wit. If you still can't succeed and need our help, well... That only proves you haven't learned enough over the past couple of years. For I expect great thing of you" Rowena declares as she hands them a book and departs. Leaving her shocked daughters to fend for themselves.
They should learn that not everything will be handed on a silver platter. Use everything at your disposal and learn as much as you can. Or else you won't survive in these hard times where wizards disappear like sand in the wind.

"Do you want to read it first or shall I start?" Helena wryly says while looking at the thick book in Willows hands. "You start first, I'm gonna explore, let me know when you finish it" Willow stashes the book in Helena's arms and run towards the first bookcase. Causing Helena to sigh in defeat. She looks at the book and turns the first page.
Her eyes open wide as sweat starts to trickle down her face. The whole book is in hieroglyphs. 'Well by love of *** , their mother screwed them over good. Where will they find the language book in this maze. Looking at the hundreds of bookcases that spiral down and upwards a headache starts to form.
"Willow! write down in what bookcase you find books about hieroglyphs!" Helena yells as that will be their only option of finding a clue.
"Yes! I'll let you know when I find it and if I find it" Willow yells back as her figure disappears in the mountains of books she is already selecting for herself to read.
Helena smile weakly as her sister is the only light she has right now. If there is one thing her sister is good at, it's remembering everything she sees and reads. It's like having a library at hand, well at sister. 'How will they ever finish this in a few weeks?'
