They returned just in time for dinner. Everyone present in the mansion was seated and ready for a joint time together.
Having the engagement preparations take over, being busy became a thing that turned into the norm quickly.
It was why the ladies decided to cook a meal together and have everyone eat together.
Sadly, that plan was almost ruined when Xander and Aramis took their women away.
"Blessings of the heavens be upon this meal and all those who partake of it," Xander said a quick prayer and pressed the tip of his index finger on his forehead before using it to touch his lips and clapped his hands together.
The others exchanged glances and joined in. Smiles erupted on their faces afterwards as they enjoyed a nice meal.
For the first few minutes, silence enveloped everyone while those with their mates present stole sweet glances at their better halves.
